★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakaznicke centrum jsou magori :-( jeden nevi co rika druhy, resili jsme reklamaci 3 roky a nevyresili, nyni se resi primo v nemecku. Zakaznicke centrum nic nevi a jen vas odkazuje na servis, ale neni schopne samo nic vyresit.
The customer center is a master :-( one does not know what the species says, we solved the complaint for 3 years and did not solve it, now it is solved directly in Germany. The customer center knows nothing and only refers you to the service, but is not able to solve anything by itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after unsubscribing and writing to support 2 years ago - I keep on getting aggressive marketing. This is an unacceptable and unlawful. BMW Group CZ does not uphold best GDPR practice. Think twice before providing your contact information - it will be used for marketing without permission. I sold my BMW car 6 yeas ago and still cant get them to sop spamming my inbox. (This is a call of desperation, stop marketing to me! I don't even live in CZ! I left over 4 years ago!)
