★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I declared my interest for a specific model and asked for a piece of information. As verified by the sales staff I would have an answer in 3 working days. After 10 working days still no answer. Not the service you would expect from a brand like BMW. You feel like the sales staff is not interested in making sales.

1- They provide English assistance fluently. Mr. Dojáček (Pavel Dojáček) was great in taking care of my BMW i3's service requirements and communicate in English.
2- Fair prices and honest approach.
3- Detailed feedback after the service is done via a video. (I was very surprised to receive a video of my car and service assistant is telling details before I went to pick-up my car. I have never seen or heard of such a thing before.)
4- They are very helpful with warranty claims. They do their best to cover anything which is a defect or a part fault under warranty or BMW coverage.
Overall, I'm super happy with their service quality and professional approach. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires English speaking service assistant. Everything went smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had to deal with the spare parts department. As far as I am concerned my part needed to be ordered and came earlier than expected. Both employees at the desk didn’t know English and had to have their colleagues translate. Not a problem it was fast and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would advise is that when a message is sent that the part is ready for pick up, in that message to wrote a part number or something, to help the employee find it faster. It took them awhile to figure what I am saying and if it wasn’t for the English speaking colleague, I would have had to call someone to translate. Just a little of inconvenience given it is a BMW dealership and everything should go smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services I've ever tried, 1st, a woman name Zdenka Ninger open maximum her eyes and asked "why you are here", if in this earth has Nobel award for a ridiculous question, I would give her that award, annually. 2nd, I dont think they did a properly maintain service here when my car services were done by half of requirement time which seem like impossible to do without skipping steps. so GOOD BYE!
