★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is helpful and nice, and there are tourists that keep entering, but the lady at the tax refund counter is not so, and the info she gave about cash refund at the airport is not correct either. (She mentioned only USD and RMB are available, which was not the case. I got cash in Euro back, with a less preferred exchange rate for sure) I'd have given a higher rate if the lady at the tax refund could have provided a better service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in one of the most touristy parts of the town one would even not expect anything useful. Yet this shop has plenty of useful cosmetics and creams for higher but reasonable prices. And, what's rate in city center - pleasant and helpful shop assistants!

There are lots of organic face care and body care products which is made of traditional recipes. I chose facial regenerational oil with rose essential oil to give a present to my friend. This product is also well known in my country because famous celebrities use this one and there are many good review after using it. The price is also acceptable, it is 20% cheaper compared to buy in my country through overseas direct purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are excellent and deserve 5 stars, there's no doubt about that. In the past week, I had to come back to the shop twice because I live abroad and finally found natural products that heal my irritated skin so I wanted to buy more. Unfortunately, both of the times that I went to the shop the sales assistants acted like I was not there and when I reached out to them to ask something they did not want to help me despite the fact that I am Czech and there was no language barrier. The brand itself is great but I think the owner should consider hiring someone who actually cares about their job and the customers.
This left me with a somewhat bittersweet feeling because the products and the shop are just brilliant. If only the salespeople were nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving you a guys perspective here. This shop has a lot of cosmetics and toiletries. And soap. Lots of soap. Much of it containing ingredients that I think I should eat.
Now that I'm thinking about it, cosmetics is probably wrong. I think that's make-up. But I don't really know. And I'm not looking it up and remain proudly ignorant.
The shop smells nice. The store made my girlfriend happy and we bought several large bags full of toiletries, and possibly cosmetics. I bought some lip balm.
Then they gave us a lot of free lip balm because we bought so much. I now have a lifetime supply of mint, grapefruit, and orange lip balm. But mostly mint. Some of my friends now know what they're getting for Christmas, birthdays, and weddings. Especially those with chapped lips because I'm thoughtful and caring.
The clerk we were working with didn't speak much English but that didn't seem to slow anyone down. They know how to handle tax/duty free paperwork for travelers. Overall a nice shop in the old town of Prague, but they could put in a few chairs for those of us that may need to sit and wait.
