D	David Brož on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobry den. Tento obchod nedoporučuji z jednoho jediného důvodu. Dne 13.11.2021 v dopoledních hodinách jsem navštívil tento obchod. Prodavacku jsem upozornil, ze mám nárok na určitou slevu.. prodavačka se na mě dopustila klamání spotřebitele a oznámila mi, ze na tuto slevu nemám nárok, ze pro mě má jinou slevu. Kde mě donutila ke dvoum věcem, dokoupit ještě třetí(ktera byla zdarma v akci 2+1) Ma chyba byla, ze jsem si tuto informaci nezkontroloval před uhrazenim zboží. Po odchodu z obchodu, mi to nedalo a zkontroloval jsem si, do kdy má akce platila. Po mem zjištění, ze tato akční nabídka je platná az do 21.11.2021, jsem se s dobrým úmyslem, vrátit třetí kus obleceni a uplatnit nárok na svou slevu, jsem byl obsluhující prodavackou vrácen do reality, ze mi 3. kus zpět nevezme. Řekla mi jen, ze si myslela, ze tato akce již skončila. Tato prodavačka úmyslně porušila zákon o ochraně spotřebitele. Budu ještě vše sepisovat na vedení Fashion Areny. Tímto chci ostatní lidi jen upozornit, ať se tomuto obchodu opravdu vyhnou obloukem. Good day. I do not recommend this store for one reason only. On November 13, 2021 in the morning I visited this store. I warned the saleswoman that I was entitled to a certain discount .. the saleswoman misled the consumer and told me that I was not entitled to this discount, that she had another discount for me. Where she forced me to do two things, buy another third (which was free in the 2 + 1 event) My mistake was that I did not check this information before paying for the goods. After leaving the store, I didn't like it and I checked how long my promotion was valid. After finding out that this special offer is valid until November 21, 2021, I returned with a good intention to return the third piece of clothing and claim my discount, I was returned to reality by the attendant, that the 3rd piece will not be taken back to me. She just told me that she thought this event was over. This saleswoman intentionally violated the Consumer Protection Act. I will still write everything for the management of the Fashion Arena. I just want to warn other people to really avoid this business.
