 We went with the suitcase once on a trip and the wheels broke down. The saleswoman in Paladio is extremely rude in making a complaint. I will file a complaint with the store manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuznaná reklamace, že prý je to poškození používáním. Batoh za tisíce by měl něco vydržet a ne že do kapsy dávám pouzdro na brýle a kapsa se rozpáře a zipy se rozjíždějí. Navíc obchod neumožňuje ani pří více reklamacích výměnu zboží nebo vrácení peněz. Rozhodně nedoporučuji!
Unaccepted claim that it is said to be damage by use. The backpack for thousands should last something, not that I put a case for glasses in my pocket and the pocket is torn and the zippers are coming off. In addition, the store does not allow for the exchange of goods or refunds in the event of multiple complaints. Definitely not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tough I was buying a luggage for $55 but it was actually $550. I tried returning the luggage right away but they refused. In USA a set if 2 of luggage of the same brand is only $160. Rip off.
