★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatný přístup. Byla jsem zde na pohotovosti s akutním problémem. Lékař byl protivný a otrávený a nedokázal ani poznat co mi je. Neudělal žádné testy a nic podobného. Předepsal mi léky které jsou volně prodejné. Stav se mi zhoršil a druhý den jsem musela do jiné nemocnice, kde mi konečně po důkladném vyšetření zjistili co mi doopravdy je.. za mě tato nemocnice bylo jedním velkým zklamáním..
 Bad access. I was here in the emergency room with an acute problem. The doctor was annoying and annoyed and couldn't even know what was wrong with me. He didn't do any tests or anything like that. He prescribed me over-the-counter drugs. My condition worsened and the next day I had to go to another hospital, where, after a thorough examination, they finally found out what I really was ... this hospital was one big disappointment for me ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Př diagnostice i léčení byl znát důkladný a profesionální přístup, což je moc dobře (nechcete aby vše proběhlo rychle a něco bylo přehlédnuto). Někdy by možná neškodilo o něco více vysvětlování (od sestřiček) toho co se bude dít, kam má člověk jít, protože pacient je ve stresu z nové a nečekané životní situace kterou taky vůbec nemusí znát.
There was a thorough and professional approach to diagnosis and treatment, which is very good (you don't want everything to go fast and something to be overlooked). Sometimes it might not hurt to explain a little more (from the nurses) what will happen, where to go, because the patient is stressed from a new and unexpected life situation, which he may not know at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V porodnici jsem strávila celkem osm dní (malý chytil infekci z plodovky a musel dostávat antibiotika). Za celou dobu jsem nenarazila na nepříjemného člověka, PA byly trpělivé (a že to bylo potřeba), doktoři a doktorky profesionální a neustále dobře naladění, sestřičky na novorozeneckém i šestinedělí milé a ochotné. Vlastně byl příjemný celý personál včetně uklízeček a pána na informacích. :) Spokojená jsem byla i s úrovní péče a zázemím. Původně jsem měla rodit na Obilňáku, kde bylo v daný okamžik plno, teď ale přemýšlím, že příště budou Milosrdní moje první volba.
I spent a total of eight days in the maternity hospital (the little one caught an infection from the fetus and had to receive antibiotics). I haven't come across an unpleasant person all the time, the PAs were patient (and that it was necessary), the doctors were professional and always in a good mood, the nurses on the newborn and the puerperium were nice and helpful. In fact, the whole staff was nice, including the cleaners and the master at the information. :) I was also satisfied with the level of care and background. I was originally supposed to give birth at Obilňák, where it was full at the moment, but now I think that next time the Merciful will be my first choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave birth twice in this hospital. First in 2014, second time in June 2018. I liked it the first time, but this year my expectations were exceeded...I did not feel like in a hospital...everyone treated me nicely and with respect, the attitude twoards forigners improved significantly (almost everyone speaks oe tries to speak english, all papers handed out to you are also im English etc). The kidness of personell and respect twoards the patient made my second birth a memorable experience. Me and my husband were offered the intimicy to have a natural birth with minimum intervention from medical staff. When they were coming into the labour room, they were very kind and professional, caring about our needs. I would highly recommand this hospital for giving birth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with mildly reoccurred abscess after being originally treated at Úrazová Nemocnice. The difference between the two is incomprehensible!!! If my advice was ever useful to anyone then never, I mean NEVER go to Úrazová. Here, the doctor was actual human being with empathic, professional approach, unlike insane Neanderthals at Urazovka. 7* rating if possible.
