★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oceňuji zejména férovou komunikaci, která zahrnuje průběžné vizuální informace o probíhajících opravách včetně návrhů cen a řešení. Po mnoha předchozích servisech za mnoho let mám snad poprvé pocit dobré spolupráce. Tento servis určitě doporučuji (i když bych v případě velkého zájmu ostatních zákazníků nerad přišel o kapacitu pro naše auto :-) ) a rád podpořím mladý rodinný podnik v jeho rozvoji. Přeji jim, aby si brzo mohli dovolit alespoň administrativně organizační výpomoc ;-)
I especially appreciate the fair communication, which includes ongoing visual information about ongoing repairs, including price proposals and solutions. After many previous services in many years, perhaps for the first time I have a feeling of good cooperation. I definitely recommend this service (although I would not like to lose the capacity for our car in case of great interest from other customers :-)) and I would like to support a young family business in its development. I wish them to be able to afford at least administrative and organizational help soon ;-)
