★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak s Auto-moto Frnoch mám následující zkušenost. Před cca 4-5 lety jsem dělal GO na mé motorce Jawa 350/638. Nechával jsem si zde dělat výbrus válců + písty, čepy, segrovky a kroužky za 3000,- a kompletní repasi kliky za 3600,- Bylo mi řečeno, že kliky zasílají do nějaké firmy a na oplátku jim dělají výbrusy válců, že jsou kvalitní atd. Když jsem to měl hotové, dojel jsem si pro to a ptal se jakými ložisky mi kliku osadili načež mi pán odpověděl, že neví, ale že si nikdo nestěžoval. Ve své práci jsem si válce přeměřil a zjistil, že jsou absolutně mimo toleranci a potřebují ještě probrousit. Tak jsem je tam odvezl znovu a zadarmo mi je přeprousil na již správný rozměr. Motorku jsem zkompletoval a na pravém válci cosi pořád klepalo. Poslechovou metodou (šroubovák mezi žebry) jsem lokalizoval příčinu v oblasti pístního čepu, ale netušil jsem co je špatně věnoval jsem tomu x hodin a ještě 3x jsem to rozebral a vyměnil jehličkové ložisko pístního čepu. Motor stále klepal, ale nikdo nevěděl čím to je i když jsem u Frnocha byl jestli náhodou neví co to je, tak nevěděl. Nechal jsem to tedy být s tím, že tam je vše nové a dobře udělané a nyní po zhruba 10 000 Km jsem zjistil, čím to klepání bylo způsobeno. Ojnice na pravém válci měla větší průměr než na levém a klepala tak do jehličkového ložiska na pístním čepu až se jehličkové ložisko rozletělo a celý motor po GO mohu dělat znovu. So I have the following experience with Auto-moto Frnoch. About 4-5 years ago I did GO on my motorcycle Jawa 350/638. I had a cylinder cut made here + pistons, pins, segrows and rings for 3000, - and a complete overhaul of the handle for 3600, - I was told that the handles are sent to a company and in return they make cylinder cuts, that they are of good quality, etc. When I had it done, I arrived for it and asked what bearings my handle had been fitted to, after which the master replied that he did not know, but that no one was complaining. In my work, I re-measured the wars and found that they are absolutely out of tolerance and still need to be ground. So I took them there again and regrind them to the right size for free. I assembled the motorcycle and something was still knocking on the right cylinder. Using the listening method (screwdriver between the ribs), I located the cause in the area of the piston pin, but I had no idea what was wrong with it, I spent x hours and disassembled it 3 more times and replaced the needle bearing of the piston pin. The engine was still knocking, but no one knew what it was, even though I was with Frnoch, if he didn't know what it was, he didn't know. So I let it be that everything is new and well done, and now, after about 10,000 km, I found out what caused the knock. The connecting rod on the right cylinder had a larger diameter than on the left and knocked into the needle bearing on the piston pin until the needle bearing flew off and I can do the whole engine after GO again.
