Good day, I would like to share with you the experience that awaited me when I visited the Bryland Optical in Chrudimská Street. I visited this store on 16.7. with my girlfriend and I'm glad we were there together, otherwise I would feel like it all seemed to me. We entered the store halfway there, we were still between the doors and the saleswoman said what she could do for us. I closed the door first, then greeted her and replied that I would like to look at reading glasses. At that moment, the girl started ringing the phone, so she picked it up and started talking to the customer quite familiarly to my liking. The whole conversation lasted about 5 minutes, during which we looked around the displayed goods and then waited for Miss Saleswoman to speak. When she finished, she apologized to us and I could finally tell her the details of the purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't have a doctor's prescription with me and they were buying glasses for the first time, so I told her that I had three-quarters diopters in each eye and asked her if she had any cheaper spectacle frames. The young lady mockingly asked how I knew how much diopter I had and who was measuring my eyes, and probably to show her intellectual superiority, she gave me a riddle of whether I had -0.75 or +0.75. The lady won, I didn't know. As it turned out, the situation could be resolved in about three seconds, when she just put on my test glasses and we knew. So she could just forgive herself for the mocking tone. Then we went on to choose the rims. First I asked about the advertised cheap rims and that disgusted the girl very much. Her unprofessionalism was obvious again when she told me if I really wanted "those grapes hoops for retirees." Imagine that I really wanted them ....? I would have to feel quite humiliated in front of this young lady, who evaluates the cheapest goods as terrible ... I chose hoops for 990 CZK and I was glad that it was done without a ridiculous comment. I paid and learned that the glasses would be in a week and maybe sooner. In that case, the lady will send me an SMS. When no news arrived in a week, I stopped at the store. The young lady barked at me if I received an SMS. She didn't come, but her instructions were that the glasses would be ready in a week. I told her I would need glasses for a doctor. "And for what?" ... was her answer, which I may not even comment on. So I asked her to let me know when the glasses were done. When no SMS came again, yesterday, 27.7. I called her to ask how much longer I would have to wait for my glasses. The young lady apologized a lot, she misspelled my phone number and sent an info message to someone else. I already have glasses, I really like them, but thanks to your young saleswoman, I will definitely not recommend the store to you, rather I will discourage all my acquaintances from buying from you. I have no doubt that the staff of your store has sufficient knowledge, but they certainly do not have enough decent behavior towards customers.

Excellent optics with staff in place. They consult, select, measure. In addition to glasses, I also order contact lenses here. The optometrist was willing to leave me the test samples and choose the ones that would suit me best. I recommended it to everyone in my family and friends. Nice approach, good prices and quality. I warmly recommend! ☺️

I bought glasses for the first time in my life and although I was worried at the beginning, thanks to the professional conduct and at the same time the human approach to the client in Brýland, they quickly took over. The measurement itself took place in a very friendly atmosphere, the assistance in choosing the rims was helpful, patient and above all honest. The resulting glasses are tailor-made exactly to my requirements and I got used to them almost immediately. I highly recommend this seller.

Great choice and service, individual approach. He can do great with children. I absolutely recommend.
