Paní doktorka je velmi empatická a dokonce mě vzala i mimo objednání.
Za mě můžu jenom říct, že mi provedla podle mě nadstandardní vyšetření.
Za mě rozhodně spokojenost. Profesionální přístup.

Byla jsem objednana na 15:15, cca v 15:50 vysla sestricka, ze mi zmeri zrak pan vedle v optice (coz nechapu, kdyz pokazde mi zrak meril pan doktor v ordinaci).. jeste bych chtela podotknout, ze celou dobu bylo do cekarny slyset hlasite povidani sestricky s doktorkou v ordinaci, ve ktere nemeli pacienta! Pan v optice moc mily, ale to je jediny co bych doporucila. Pani doktorka mi prijde trochu v jinym svete, vlastne mi jen zopakovala co pan v optice a nashle.
Byla jsem objednana k panu doktorovi, nikdo me neinformoval o tom, ze uz tam nepracuje a nikdo se mi za celou hodinu a pul neomluvil, ze tam cekam takhle dlouho!!
In a word, tragedy. I was ordered for 15:15, at about 15:50 the nurse sent out that my eyesight would be measured next door in the optics (which I don't understand, whenever my doctor measured my eyesight in the surgery) .. waiting room hear loud chat nurse with a doctor in the office in which they had no patient! Mr. optics very nice, but that's the only thing I would recommend. Mrs. doctor comes to me a little differently, in fact she just repeated to me what Mr. in optics and goodbye.
I was ordered to see the doctor, no one informed me that he no longer worked there and no one apologized to me for an hour and a half that I had been waiting there for so long !!

I was very satisfied with the eye surgery in Vršovice. Very nice nurse and very thorough examination by the doctor. The big plus was that they took me at the exact time of the order and I didn't have to wait. I warmly recommend
