Objednávku jsem v zápětí po vytvoření chtěla stornovat, bylo mi řečeno ze to není problém ze to akorát musím vyresit s manažerkou prodejny. Na tu mi nikdo nebyl schopny dat kontakt, s tím, že se mi sama ozve. 14 dni se tak nestalo, na maily nikdo neodpovídal a po mnoha četných připomenutí se mi napsali, že nevidí důvod mi vycházet vstříc. Hrozný přístup, špatný zákaznický servis, nedoporučuji! Reluctant staff, he gave me bad advice in the selection and did not provide complete information. I wanted to cancel the order shortly after the creation, I was told that this is not a problem, I just have to work it out with the store manager. No one was able to contact me here, saying that she would contact me. This did not happen for 14 days, no one responded to the e-mails, and after many numerous reminders, they wrote to me that they saw no reason to accommodate me. Terrible attitude, poor customer service, I do not recommend!

The ux of eshop is terrible, everything is overpriced and communication after order is really poor. I got email that my package is ready so I went to Flora to collect it. However, store was closed I tried to call and no one answered. I came after 30 minutes and still closed. I came next day and it was open but terminal for eshop didn’t work, then they said that my voucher (without expiration date) expired so I spent here about 20-30 minutes trying to pay for my order. In the end I finally got it using voucher and paying the difference, but still it was the worst experience with eshop ever.
