Pretty annoying and reluctant saleswoman! This is after the 3rd visit.

The worst visit to the stationery I've ever experienced. Terribly arrogant, reluctant and disgusting saleswoman. Even if you absolutely needed something, I would not visit this "stationery". I would compare my visit to the way you would get spoiled food in a restaurant and they wouldn't be willing to replace it.

I would like to commend the manager in her purchase for a teenager painter. She gave me great advice and recommended both paper blocks and special drawing aids. After a big disappointment in the specialized store Kooh-i-noor in Silesia, I was excited and the gifts made me very happy.

Stationery shop, where they have almost everything. A little crowded at first glance, but just ask the nice lady, she will advise.

I have always been very satisfied with the service and staff, but today's visit took my breath away. I politely and kindly entered the stationery store, where the saleswoman was just adding something right at the entrance. I asked if I could interrupt her and asked if they were doing USB printing. The lady didn't even look at me and said "No". It was strange to me, it seemed to me that I was reading different information on the net, I saw a printer on the counter, but I didn't want to argue. So I went to try self-service machines. After half an hour of unsuccessful attempts (one printed only lines, the other obviously had trouble working on its own), I checked the information online. Print offer. I went back to the stationery store, stood in front of the printer, studied the paper that they print from USB .pdf formats, and then pleasantly and kindly asked her if she could print my document. This time she took the key from me (why she told me for the first time that they didn't do it is a question ...), shoved it into the printer, peeked at it for a while and then told me that it probably wouldn't work. When I asked why, I got the answer that it wasn't reading her key (with which there was never a problem anywhere). The lady was disgusting, arrogant, unpleasant, poisoned in my opinion not only by work but also by life, with the need to spread this pleasant mood further. The highlight was when she didn't return the USB key or put it down, but threw it in front of me! A couple of good stationery experiences, this one totally killed, and I'll move it on to everyone. It's the top. Such people do not belong to the services, and the business should make sure that it does not even employ such people! Thank you, and never again.
