Visiting Prague with some friend's from England. I came here to buy some special toys for my dog as a tradition I do every time I visit Prague.
If I lived here, I would never shop here again.
Rude girl at the till couldn't do as little as greeting us back after we have greeted her, no eye contact , no smile, nothing at all.
I have spent £38 on toys, which she couldn't even place in the bag, she just placed it it on the top of my shopping and ignored me and begun biting her nails. I have spent the most at this particular shop today and no one even says thank you and goodbye. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has one rude cashier who’s young blonde but pretends to not speak English, I went to buy a bag of snacks for my pet and I put the cash on the table, I noticed the bag was ripped and I wanted to change the bag, she didn’t let me and didn’t give back my money and just taped my bag.
Worst experience in any pet center, definition of a low quality worker that knew I couldn’t speak Czech and refused to communicate with me in English xD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought pet stuff for animals to be transferred to Ukraine exactly 2 weeks ago, but needed stuff arrived faster from Poland, so there has been no need anymore in cat transfer bag (which is kinda expensive). So we went back to the shop to give it back and to get back refund (14 days by trade law you have right to return goods). Bill, all labels have been present, but 2 ladies at the cash desk were so rude to us and said to go away and they don't care about situation, and that their pet center has no clue about any trade laws and return policies :) wow! entire Czech Republic knows, but this particular shop in Flora - no. We have been shocked how staff treated us... will leave claim officially, but I believe, that with such horrible attitude to customers this business won't survive for long time. keep going like this. (it happened 23/04/22)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very expensive! Shop online for half the price and the variety isn't that great either. Staff are friendly though and it is clean. Absolutely HATE the tiny enclosures than animals are living in. They all look sick and so awful. Staff should also give warnings to parents with young children who slap the glass and scream at the animals who have nowhere to hide. People should control their own children but .... They don't always do that.
