Cedule u pokladny hledáme milou a usmevavou obsluhu je jen výsměch do tváře…. Nedivím se, ze jsem byla jediný zákazník… It would carry more slowly. Headphones. Veget. Sour expression. Nulová profesionalita. Takhle by to nemelo být. From the original announced 10min break 15: 25-15: 35 is 16:32 (an hour away) and we still don't have a drink :). Unpleasant service. Great dissatisfaction. Zero professionalism. It shouldn't be like this.
S	Sofia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konečně po roce jsem si dala bubble tea. Jsem zklamaná. Vůbec to nemá chuť až moc málo želé. Jak říkám vůbec nemá chuť docela lituji svých 110kč. Brčko hrozné vůbec to neslo propíchnout když konečně jsem to propíchla byla jsem celá mokrá.

She didn’t have the tapioca ready at 11:30am which is shockingly bad. She is not smiling or welcoming to the customer and rushes you to make an option, regardless of whether or not there is a queue. She made plenty of mistakes whilst preparing the bubble tea and charging the card. She should not be working in this establishment. In contrast, when we come during later hours, there is a very welcoming and friendly young man who works there. He does his best to communicate in English and hasn’t made any mistakes as of yet. He is the only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars as opposed to none. Do not go here before the evening if you want a good service.
