Neprofesionalni obsluha! Late November at 9am, I bought a watch in that store. The shop assistant gave them to me, I liked them, so I bought them. When I arrive at the house, I realize that I show the same time as in the shop ... not working ... In the afternoon, the same day, I will go again 20 km and Zlicin to replace my flashlight. The shop assistant, like herself in the morning, tells me that she can't do that she has to send it for repair and it will take 2 weeks to 30 days. I didn't like it, so I wanted my money back. The saleswoman told me that it is not possible and shows me to cry, which there, that only within 7 days can be exchanged or coupon but the money does not return. This rule might apply if I wanted to return my watch because I didn't like it but not when the defect was proven. I didn't wear the watch. I warned the salesman that although I did not notice it too, I focused on the design but that she as a saleswoman should check the functionality zobzi before selling. She replied that not at all, that her job was to sell merchandise and nothing more ... whether it worked or not wasn't her problem or responsibility. This is a professional approach! He offered me to choose another (more expensive) watch, but I did not like any other and due to the reaction of the saleswoman or the file feeder, I did not want to spend even more money in this shop. I liked my watch and I wouldn't get the money back, so I agreed to repair it. Not once did the saleswoman apologize for the inconvenience. Finally, I got my watch back after 3 weeks thanks to a new flashlight, but it works, but that's the service. When I picked them up, there was another, a shop assistant. But he probably won't see me there anymore. :-(

I visited this store today to change the battery in hours, and I was absolutely shocked. Yesterday, I called the store to see if they could replace the watch battery, and the lady told me that they would replace it while they waited if it wasn't a waterproof watch, which it wasn't. So with this information, I came to the store today and the unpleasant lady told me that she would not replace the battery, that they did not have a watchmaker there and that nothing was repaired in their shop, just send it for service and that they did not even sell my watch ( they are bought from them). Absolutely arrogant and unpleasant lady, that it discouraged me from my next visit until next time. They should put in order what the company actually offers and does not offer ..

In December 2017, I received jewelry, earrings and a chain purchased at TopTime Zličín for my birthday. Their supplier of earrings, where I dealt with the complaint, is called Titan spol s.r.o. The earrings and the pendant were made as balls of material with embedded stones. In the first month, the stones fell out of the pendant, so I wore it so that it could not be seen. In the end, the stones also fell out of the earrings. I didn't bathe with jewelry. Therefore, we sent the jewelry after half a year for a complaint, which was accepted by me. After repairing the jewelry, it didn't take long and the mistake was repeated again. Eventually, the silver stud with which the earring clung to my ears fell off. Secondly, my complaint was rejected. That it was a misuse of goods. That this product was caused by perfume and make up. I wouldn't write this review if I cost the product a few ducks, but since the jewelry wasn't the cheapest, I think the arguments that it caused misuse and perfume are completely misleading and the company shouldn't supply these jewelry to stores because it's shunts and nothing. will not last.
