The teaching staff is really a waste, a senseless school decision and an unnecessarily strict absentee system. But of course the building is beautiful.

Both buildings were designed by V. Ort and after the change of use they were connected after 1920. The complex consists of two originally separate buildings in the Neo-Renaissance style on a U-shaped floor plan, which always formed one urbansitic unit - No. 8 is a former town hall, built in 1905 - 1906, No. 26 is a three-storey municipal school building from 1909. Простор и высокая концентрация зеленых пространств выделяют это район Праги. The business academy building is located in a quiet and cozy area of Prague, Old Bubenech, next to the Stromovka park. The building of the academy is made in the styles of classicism and baroque and harmoniously fits into the general architectural space, sharply contrasted with the central districts of Prague, constrained by the density of buildings and the avarice of free green spaces. And this is no coincidence. The Old Bubenech district was once a rural area in which the Czech kings laid out a large forest for their hunting needs, which later became a favorite resting place for the Prague nobility. This is what subsequently dictated the characteristic feature of the development of the village located in the immediate vicinity of the park. The spaciousness and high concentration of green spaces make this area of Prague stand out.
