To se ale nestalo, CK komunikovala s naší školou, i když jsme s nimi měli smlouvu uzavřenou jako jednotlivci, bez nás se domluvili, že nám peníze vrátí na konci roku. To se samozřejmě nestalo, peníze nám slibovali pak znovu v únoru, pak znovu v březnu. Peníze jsme už nikdy neviděli, na prosby a emaily se nedostáváme odpovědí, pan majitel veškerou snahu o komunikaci přehlíží, paní, která má na starost styk s veřejností, jen stále tvrdí, že nic z toho není v její pravomoci a že nám nemá jak pomoct. Silně nedoporučuji, neférové jednání. But that did not happen, the travel agency communicated with our school, even though we had a contract with them as individuals, without us they agreed that they would return the money to us at the end of the year. Of course, this did not happen, the money was promised to us again in February, then again in March. We have never seen money again, we do not receive answers to requests and emails, the owner overlooks all communication efforts, the lady in charge of public relations just keeps saying that none of this is within her competence and that she has no way to help us. . I strongly discourage unfair treatment.

Peníze nám stále vráceny nebyly, přestože studentům se měly vrátit přednostně do dvou týdnu od zrušení zájezdu. Na peníze čekáme už rok a agentura stále prodlužuje vyplacení na dobu neurčitou. Paní zodpovědná za komunikaci tvrdí, že se se situací máme obracet na majitele, ale majitel naprosto ignoruje e-maily. Silně nedoporučuji.
