Například rozbitá dlažba, neuklizené věci na zahradě a hluk města, přičemž chápu, že né vše lze ovlivnit. Káva nesplnila mé očekávání vzniklé po vstupu do kavárny, ale daly jsme si výborný medovník a ten nám moc chutnal. Posezení bylo velmi příjemné. It has a potential charm, but it spoils a lot of perceptions. For example, broken paving, untidy things in the garden and the noise of the city, and I understand that not everything can be affected. The coffee did not meet my expectations after entering the cafe, but we had an excellent honeysuckle and we really liked it. The sitting was very pleasant.
J	Jana Smejkalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když si do této kavárny zajdete v době, kdy se nepořádají žádné akce budete spokojeni. Výběr kávy, dezertů a drobného občerstvení je solidní a vše jde rychle. Pozor! Stává se, že nefunguje terminál pro placení platebními kartami tak s tím raději počítejte. V době pořádání akcí - třeba Velikonoční jarmark - pořadatelé absolutně nezvládají. Na kávu a dort jsme stáli frontu 3/4 hodiny. Za pultem byly 3 servírky a nestíhaly. V drtivé většině dostane kávu i jídlo do papírového nádobí. V této obrovské frontě pobíhaly plačící unavené děti čekáním; fronta stála až u lidí u stolů; je to nepříjemné, jak pro lidi ve frontě tak pro lidi co již sedí u stolu a pijí kávu. Fronta na toalety dlouhá a čistota toalet během chvíle šílená; chyběl toaletní papír. Stolky venku bohužel ulepené, špinavé. V době pořádání takových to akcí musí provozní přece předem počítat s velkým objemem lidí a vše tomu přizpůsobit. Větší množství rychlé zkušené obsluhy; více míst na sezení a klidně i stání (přidala bych několik stolků, ke kterým se můžou návštěvníci postavit); brigádníka, který dohlédne na čistotu stolů a toalet. If you go to this cafe at a time when no events are taking place, you will be satisfied. The selection of coffee, desserts and snacks is solid and everything goes fast. Attention! It happens that the terminal for payment by credit cards does not work, so you better count on it. At the time of the events - such as the Easter Fair - the organizers have absolutely no control. We stood in line for coffee and cake 3/4 hours. There were 3 waitresses behind the counter and they didn't catch up. The vast majority receive coffee and food in paper dishes. In this huge front, crying tired children ran waiting; the queue stood at the people's tables; it's annoying, both for people in line and for people who are already sitting at the table and drinking coffee. The queue for toilets is long and the cleanliness of the toilets is insane in a moment; toilet paper was missing. Unfortunately, the tables outside are glued, dirty. At the time of organizing such events, the operational must anticipate a large volume of people and adapt everything to it. More fast, fast service; more seats and still standing (I would add a few tables to which visitors can stand); a temporary worker who oversees the cleanliness of tables and toilets.
T	Tomáš Keprt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkná a moderní kavárna v zámeckém areálu. Káva lepší průměr, obsluha usměvavá, zákusky dobré. Ale POZOR jeli jsme sem dětmi a bohužel architekt asi moc nepřemýšlel, protože umístil dětský koutek ne do kavárny, ale do obchodu se suvenýry!!! Takže máte zaručeně postaráno o to, že děti budou mít stále co dělat, ale vy si nesednete... :) Nice and modern cafe in the castle grounds. Coffee better average, service smiling, desserts good. But ATTENTION we went here with children and unfortunately the architect probably didn't think much, because he placed the children's corner not in the cafe, but in the souvenir shop !!! So you are guaranteed that the children will still have something to do, but you will not sit down ... :)
K	Kateřina Eklová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice café in a castle. The coffee is quite good, but capuccino could be better (milk in capuccino and smoother foam). The interior was designed nicely by the architects, but nowadays it is clogged with useless stuff such as flyers, spare furniture and others. The staff is nice but need a bit more professionalism. It would be great if the owner was paying more attention to the café.
