To se může stát, samozřejmě jsem ani nechtěla peníze zpátky, jenom jsem na to paní za pultem upozornila, aby si dala pozor. Bohužel byla vrcholně drzá a řekla, že jsem si ho tam dala sama :))) Two stars for the location and nice wine. I had a short hair in my coffee (espresso), definitely not mine. This can happen, of course I didn't even want the money back, I just pointed it out to the lady behind the counter to be careful. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and said that I put him there myself :)))
K	Karolína Nováková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani za pultem (kratsi hnede vlasy, rusky prizvuk) mi popletla objednavku, misto cappuccina jsem dostala obycejnou kavu s jednim balenym mlekem. Nechtela jsem to vubec resit, protoze se to muze stat a jsme jen lide, ale nestacilo mi jedno mleko, tak jsem si byla vyptat druhe. Pani po me chtela 3 Kc, tak jsem ji slusne vysvetlila, ze predtim asi preslechla objednavku, ale ze nemusi delat nove kafe a staci, kdyz mi da to mliko. Odmitala, arogantne opakovala "tri korunky prosim", dokonce na me zvysila hlas. Zkousela jsem ji vysvetlit, ze mi to neprijde spravne, kdyz jsem ji usetrila vyliti kavy, aby mi nedala trochu mleka navic...Byla velice nekompromisni, neomluvila se za spleteni objednavky. Odebrala jsem se zpet ke stolu, protoze se nebudu handrkovat kvuli jednomu kafi, ale pak prisla jina slecna a pani ji hned licila situaci, ihned po me nevhodne koukaly. Cele to bylo velmi nevkusne a neprijemne, myslim, ze by bylo vhodne vysvetlit zamestnancum, jak komunikovat se zakazniky a jak resit pokazene objednavky....:( PS: sortiment ok, kava nic moc :( The lady behind the counter (short brown hair, Russian accent) mistaken my order, instead of a cappuccino, I got an ordinary coffee with a packed dairy. I did not want to resist it because it can happen and we are just human, but I did not have one dairy, so I was asking another. Mrs. 3 Kc wanted me, so I explained it to her that she had already heard the order before, but that she did not have to make new coffee and just give it to me. She replied, arrogantly repeating "three crowns I pray", even a raise on my voice. I tried to explain to her that she did not get it right when I tried to squeeze it out, not to give me a little more milk ... She was very uncompromising, she did not excuse the ordering of the order. I went back to the table because I was not going to crack for one coffee, but then another lady came in, and the lady immediately ruffled the situation, and immediately they were looking at me inappropriately. Those were very unpleasant and unpleasant, I think it would be appropriate to explain to the employee how to communicate with customers and how to resolve broken orders .... :( PS: assortment ok, kava nic moc :(
