Slovak artist, Matej Krén, created this book sculpture, called #Idiom, which can be found in the entrance of the Prague Municipal Library at Mariánské náměstí, near the Old Town Square. He used mirrors to give the illusion of infinity.

Just inside the door of the Prague City Library there is an art piece worth checking out.
It’s made up of a tower of books. It looks pretty cool but that’s it... Until you look through the gap in the side. Mounted in the top and bottom are mirrors so when you look inside you get a never ending tunnel of books.
It will only take 10 minutes of your day and if you’re wandering around the city you are bound to pass it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very helpful and friendly, I was relieved that they spoke English with me. Getting a library card was very simple and easy (your Lítačka/Prague transport card can be updated to also act as a library card) it only costs €2 a year. The building itself is quite impressive, large and clean. The English language section may be a little small, but in speciality areas such as history or politics there are English and other foreign language books amongst the Czech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is really friendly and flight, they are used on seeing terrorist because of the book tornado ends Taurus here are acting different than other parts of city because there is like a line that is not visible and not formed but is respected. Definitely one of things you must see

I was intrigued to see the tower of books as I had heard about it, but wasn't sure what to expect, but it was fab! Looking inside it, it really does look as though it goes on forever, I'm so pleased we stopped off to see this.
