N	Neko Chyketo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, viel Personal dass für einen erholsamen Urlaub sorgt. In dem Hotel werden Kuranwendungen angeboten. Die Lage innerhalb der Stadt ist hervorragend. Es ist ratsam, gut russisch zu sprechen, dann kann man sich super verständigen. Deutsch und Englisch ist zu schwach vertreten. Update 2018: Die Preise ziehen rasant an, die Auswahl der Speisen hat extrem gelitten, zum Frühstück gibt es JEDEN Tag Wiener Würstchen, eine Eierspeise, Senf, Haferschleim (mit und ohne Milch), grob gehackte Tomate und Gurke, mal Äpfel oder Orangen. Ein bisschen Weißbrottoast aber keine gescheite Marmelade oder dergleichen. Fazit: Wir schauen uns nach einer Alternative um. Sehr schade. A little white bread toast but no clever jam or the like. Conclusion: We are looking for an alternative. It's a shame.
R	Raimund walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer: Tolle saubere und große zimmer. Die Ausstattung der zimmer war auch auf einen hohen niveau. Essen Frühstück war ok mit schlechten kaffee, was gar nicht ging war das Personal. Geht eine halbe Stunde vor Ende etwas zu Ende ist wird es nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Beim abendessen wird bereits eine halbe stunde vor Ende mit dem Abbau des Buffets begonnen, sodass zu Ende bereits die Lichter reduziert und das komplette Essen abgebaut ist. Die plötzliche Unruhe des sonst lethargischen personal stört beim Essen und fordert einen zum verlassen auf. Spa: Behandlungen haben wir keine gebucht. Die Saunen für 4 € neben dem schwimmbad im keller konnten nicht mit dem niveau des Zimmers mithalten. Man muss mind.1h vorher reservieren um dann von der rezeption die tür ins schwimmbad öffnen zu lassen. Auch sind keine richtigen liegen bei der Sauna für das anschließende ruhen. Das Personal wusste auch nicht mit der frage nach wasser für einen aufguss umzugehen. Hier ist eindeutig Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Hotel ist als Stadthotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt hat nur den zusatz Wellness oder Spa nicht verdient Room: Great clean and large rooms. The staff did not know how to deal with the request for water for an infusion. There is clearly room for improvement here. As a city hotel, the hotel is a good starting point and it just doesn't deserve the addition of wellness or spa
A	Andrea Lacinova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Víkendový pobyt v 4* hotelu jsme si velice užili. Pokoj byl prostorný, krásně zařízený. Posezení na balkoně se skleničkou z minibaru bylo moc fajn. Snídaně i večeře chutné a dostačující. Využili jsme i procedur (parafín, koupele, masáže). Jen bazén je trošku menší, než jsme čekali. Hodnotíme kladně a přemýšlíme, že se do hotelu brzy vrátíme. We enjoyed a weekend stay in a 4 * hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of minibar was very nice. Breakfast and dinner delicious and sufficient. We also used procedures (paraffin, baths, massages). Only the pool is a bit smaller than we expected. We rate positively and think that we will return to the hotel soon.
L	Lukáš Matoušek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásně strávený romantický víkend v tomto hotelu. Pěkné ubytování ve velkém pokoji s balkonem a výhledem na údolí KV. Bazén a wellness přímo v hotelu + jsme využili i třech procedur (koupel,parafin a zábal)-naprosto perfektní. Měli jsme snídaně a večeře, jídlo dobré a velký výběr formou švédských stolů. Hotel stojí na kopci kousek nad kolonádou a je přístupný i přes spodní starší část hotelu, odkud nás výtah vyvezl nahoru do nové části hotelu - odpadává nepříjemné chození do kopce ? Děkujeme za příjemný víkend - Matouškovi. A wonderfully romantic weekend at this hotel. Nice accommodation in a large room with a balcony and a view of the KV valley. Swimming pool and wellness directly in the hotel + we also used three procedures (bath, paraffin and wrap) - absolutely perfect. We had breakfast and dinner, good food and a large selection of buffets. The hotel stands on a hill just above the colonnade and is accessible despite the lower older part of the hotel, from where the elevator took us up to the new part of the hotel - there is no need for unpleasant walking uphill ? Večeře servírované plus salátový bar a zákusek. Velmi milá obsluha na recepci i v restauraci. K dispozici je i wellness, je možné si saunu rezerovat a mít privat. Též balneo provoz je k dispozici. 5 minutes from the main colonnade, in a quiet location. Hotel quiet, surprisingly quiet, pleasant clean environment, rich breakfast. Dinner served plus salad bar and dessert. Very nice staff at the reception and in the restaurant. There is also a wellness, it is possible to book a sauna and have a private. Balneo operation is also available.

R	Radka Páclová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc milé slečny recepční, cokoli jsme potřebovali hned zařídily, šikulky. Víkendový wellness, s procedurami byly trochu zmatky, ale nakonec ok. Za mě masáž jen v uvozovkách, ale koupel a rašelinový obklad dole na - 1 u mladé paní skvělé. Jinak ubytování super, předem jsme si zamluvili místo pro parkování 200 Kč za noc. Jídlo - pěkný výběr, všeho dostatek. Mimo jiné, nám moc chutnala masová směs s houbami, a ke snídani jogurt s ovocem a chia semínky. Kousíček na kolonádu a přitom příjemné a klidné prostředí.
