★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snídaně- ani ve 4* hotelu nebylo možno dostat ke snídaní jinou kávu než z termosky, také u hotelu této kategorie očekávám čerstvé pečivo. Obsluha nerozuměla česky, já zase rusky.
Při odchodu z hotelu ( uhradit pokoj bylo nutno již při příchodu) mě recepční Irina vyzvala, ať vyčkám, než člen ostrahy zkontroluje pokoj!!! Zážitek na recepci je opravdu nezapomenutelný.
 Breakfast - even in a 4 * hotel it was not possible to get breakfast other than from a thermos for breakfast, I also expect fresh pastries from a hotel in this category. The staff did not understand Czech, I did not understand Russian.
Upon leaving the hotel (it was necessary to pay for the room upon arrival), the receptionist Irina asked me to wait until a security guard checked the room !!! The experience at the reception is truly unforgettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich und mein Mann, wir sind sehr zufrieden. Ein schönes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, sauber. Ein freundliches Personal. An Rezeptions: Dia Damen- Asja, die ist immer Nett und Freundlich. Dame Eva- die ist auch immer Nett und Hilfsbereit. Mein Mann hat Zahnschmerzen und Eva hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, uns zu helfen. Sie hat bei 4-5 Ärzten angerufen, bis sie ein Termin für mein Mann gefunden hat. Danke schon. In Restaurant - die Mädels sind auch freundlich. Die Dunkel Haarige ist immer in Bewegung ist Hilfsbereit und Lächelt freundlich. Wir sind zufrieden und wir kommen wieder. Frau Mut
Me and my husband, we are very satisfied. A nice hotel. Nice rooms, clean. A friendly staff. At reception: Dia lady Asja, who is always nice and friendly. Lady Eva is always nice and helpful. My husband has a toothache and Eva went out of her way to help us. She called 4-5 doctors until she got my husband an appointment. Thank you very much. In restaurant - the girls are friendly too. The dark-haired is always on the move, helpful and smiles friendly. We are satisfied and we will be back. Ms Courage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great for exploring Karlovy Vary. Nice large rooms and outstanding front desk staff. WiFi was strong throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast was disappointing thanks to the stale pastries and dry bread. The night time bartender was quite rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa/wellness: 1/5 - VERY disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Only 2 small saunas working from 16:00, very small 10-meter pool with colder water than it should be(no one used it), small Jacuzzi for 4 people only. Doesn't work on Mondays.
Rooms: 4/5 - very clean but expected more from a superior category room. Awesome view towards the river and the city. Quiet though.
Breakfast: 4/5 - everything was fresh, nice coffee. Good service.
Location: 5/5 - right in the city cetre. 3 min walk from the 2 main pedestrian streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 3 star experience at this 4 star hotel. We've lived in CR long enough to reduce our customer service expectations - but even then, our experience was lacking. We visited in February (not the middle of tourist season).
What went well: great breakfast with a variety of foods, nice pool, short walk to town, front desk staff smiled and tried to be helpful, spa treatment was good.
What could be improved: beds were not comfortable (old mattresses), sauna not open until afternoon, room cleaning was not thorough (dirty glasses left in room, bed sheets not carefully made) & chaos/broken promises regarding our suite.
Overall, a "swing and a miss" - there are plenty of other places in KV to stay at. We'll try another place next time.
