One of the best hotels in Karlovy Vary. Good treatments. Nice meals. Overall very clean. Friendly stuff.

Beautiful hotel (4* well deserved for CR standards). Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and well equipped. Swimming pool could be a bigger given the nb of rooms. Also the pause for 20min between each bubbling (in the pool & jacuzzi) cpuld be shorter. Breakfast was delicious woth a great choice, also dinner buffet was nice. All the hotel staff was really amazing, smiling all the time. Special mention for ladies at the restaurant during the weekend.

The customer service at check in was awful. There was a computer glitch and the two kids somehow were not on our reservation. The staff essentially called us liars and told us the room (king bed with a full sized pull out) was only big enough for 2 people. We are small people (biggest person weighs 155 pounds) and had plenty of space. They end up charging us an additional €50 a day for “cots” for the kids to sleep on yet they never gave them to us. The pull out bed was about 10 times more comfortable than the king bed. I’m only in my mid 30’s and my back was killing me after the second night. The sink couldn’t fully drain because the stopper doesn’t stay completely open. We had to fix it with a q-tip. We called down to the front desk to ask for robes and slippers for the spa/pool and the said “this is reception” and hung up on me. Twice. Location would be nice but there is construction going on right outside our window that woke us up each morning. Even on Sunday. Awful experience.

Total TOP! One of the best hotels we stayed at. This hotel has a perfect location - right in the middle of everything and right next to a beautiful park and colonnade! All the staff was very nice, helpful and just very professional! Our favorite one was this blonde waitress at the restaurant. She was taking care of us the first two days of our visit (13.-14.7.2020). Very nice and funny person! The food was simply delicious, always fresh and very tasty. The room was big, clean and very fancy! We got everything we needed in the room, bathrobes, slippers, complimentary bottle of sparkling water and all kinds of hygiene stuff. We also got an umbrella in the room which was very much appreciated one of the rainy days. The unlimited wellness was just awesome. Big swimming, whirlpool, 3 saunas. The sheets and towels were always clean and nice smelling! The only thing that bothered us a little bit, was the on time for the whirlpool - it was off most of the time and when it went on, it was just for like 10 min. Totally recommend!!

Was in this hotel for 2 days. Everything good, but when I tried to pay they added 3000czk to a bill. After some talking they realised their mistake and reduced charge by 3000czk. They also support Russian army and Russia, which is a big no no to me as a Ukrainian. They have big russian flag hanging when coming into the hotel. ( on the top of the doors with other normal flags near. ).

Very pleasant hotel, in a great location. Clean, neat, modern. Communication with the staff in English at an average level. They communicate perfectly in German, Russian and... in Polish. Very helpful hotel staff. They are extremely polite. I recommend the hotel because of the possibility of buying dinner, which are not only very tasty, but also served in a very nice atmosphere with candlelight. You can see that the staff of this hotel try very hard. Minus for the parking, which is small, so you have to park your car in the Thermal Hotel. Apparently, it is not a problem, but a certain discomfort.
