★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem s kamarádkou na prodlouženém víkendu. Cena absolutně neodpovídala kvalitě. Hotel se tváří luxusně, ale není! A začíná to recepčními, které snad obtěžovalo, že nás musí zapsat (vyjímka byla slečna recepční, u které jsme se odhlašovaly, ta byla milá).
Naštěstí v původním nepěkném pokoji, kde byla zima, nefungovala toaleta, tak po delší peripetii, nám jiná recepční (styl leklá ryba) zařídila jiný a lepší pokoj v jiné budově (naštěstí).
V hotelové kavárně byl sám číšník zhruba na 10 lidí a stěžoval si, že nestíhá.
Jediný milý člověk, krom výše zmíněné recepční, byl portýr, ale ten tam taky lítal chudák sám a v pohodě byli číšníci v restauraci (Nedávejte si hovězí po burgundsku, dostanete hnědou školní omáčku).
V TV jim nefungovaly české pořady z důvodu přechodu na dvb t2, tak jsme šly večer do kina. Wellnes (bazén, vířivka a sauna) malé. Ceník služeb (masáže, kosmetika, lávové kameny atd) nemají na stránkách uvedeny, ale zašlou vám mailem.
2 hvězdy za lokalitu a výhled z jídelny.
I was with a friend on an extended weekend. The price absolutely did not match the quality. The hotel looks luxurious, but it is not! And it starts with the receptionists, who perhaps bothered that they had to enroll us (the exception was the receptionist, with whom we checked out, she was nice).
Fortunately, in the original ugly room, where it was cold, the toilet did not work, so after a long peripetia, another receptionist (startled fish style) arranged a different and better room in another building (fortunately).
There was a waiter of about 10 people in the hotel cafe himself, complaining that he could not catch up.
The only nice person, apart from the above-mentioned receptionist, was a porter, but he also flew there poor man himself and the waiters in the restaurant were fine (don't eat beef in burgundy, you will get a brown school sauce).
Czech shows didn't work for them on TV due to the transition to dvb t2, so we went to the cinema in the evening. Wellness (swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna) small. The price list of services (massages, cosmetics, lava stones, etc.) is not listed on the website, but will be sent to you by e-mail.
2 stars per location and view from the dining room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Все понравилось. Местоположение в самом центре курорта возле источников. Очень чистый и красивый номер, приятный персонал, хорошее спа. Небольшой ньюанс с питанием-если у вас проблемы с желудком, вам, определенно, не сюда-диетического питания здесь нет
All liked it. Location in the heart of the resort near the springs. Very clean and nice room, nice staff, good spa. A small nuance with nutrition - if you have stomach problems, you are definitely not here - there is no diet food here
