★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff (for Czech standards), food is ok. Location is good too. Pool/Sauna/Jacuzzi is really great. Interior is outdated though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view we had in our room. Very rich breakfest and the spa was awesome. Its small, but the hotel doesnt accomodate so many people so you can still enjoy it separately. The location is good too, and for the money is worth it for sure.

why do you think we are two people when you have taken data from three ID cards. And the three of us stood in front of him. I found the hair in breakfast !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I celebrated my Birthday and they did not disappoint. I took the Romantic Package aswell, they gave a letter and gifts (Cake & Champagne) and made my stay really unforgetable. Staff are very nice and polite. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found several hairs in my food. I also paid more that I can stay until 6pm. Then there was a change of staff and I was told that I had to leave at 12 o'clock. When I said I wasn't going because I paid just throw me in front of the door with my family in winter !!! and you either had to pay again or leave. I have never experienced anything like it. nice hotel, but staff is a disaster.

The one small “minus” is a bit slow wi-fi

Double bed which was actually 2 separate beds very uncomfortable.
No possibility to turn down the heating.
Found several hairs in my food
Good location.
