 He can't reply to an e-mail in two days, and when he calls, he is very uncomfortable and contemptuous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letošní zimní dovolená se zapůjčeným obytným vozem od CARAVANCITY byla super. Kladně hodnotím připravenost auta které nám předával osobně pan majitel této půjčovny. Navíc bylo z čeho vybírat. Po návratu z dovolené nám nebyly účtované žádné další poplatky, vše proběhlo v klidu a v pohodě. Doporučuji
This year's winter holiday with a rented caravan from CARAVANCITY was great. I positively evaluate the readiness of the car, which was handed to us personally by the owner of this rental. In addition, there was plenty to choose from. After returning from vacation we were not charged any additional fees, everything was done in peace and cool. I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and negative custoommer experience. The owner was very friendly at the beginning before we rented the RV for three weeks. After those three weeks in the time or return he was searching literally for every single issue which are comming from daily usage of the car to find a reason for punishing. Also poiting out things like not sufficiently cleaned dishes (even it was fully cleaned) and missing screen wash in the tank. Not only we gave him almost 3000EUR for rental, but in the end he refused to return our 20.000 CZK deposit (800EUR) and after we were trying to contact him he was never reacting to our calls. Very bad custommer experience on the edge of legality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a caravan and drove down to Croatia. The caravan was well equipped and very clean. I was very satisfied with the communication, friendliness and helpfulness of the owner.
I'll definitely be using them again next time.
