If you decide for a car rental from this rental company, we recommend maximum caution. Part of the car rental is a deposit, in our case CZK 30,000. When handing over the caravan with you, the worker will go through the whole car, but there is a lot of information and you will not notice any detail. At the same time, you are warned that everything is fragile, easily damaged and repairs can go into the tens of thousands of crowns. For this reason, we treated the car with the utmost care, carrying only bags of clothes and food in the trunk, and although there were two bikes on the first day, they were wrapped in blankets and lined so that they could not even move. After returning the car, we first received a confirmation that everything was in order and our deposit is refunded in full. Soon, however, a new news arrived that we had broken a kind of chipboard in the luggage compartment and the repair would cost us about CZK 8,500. The first message was that the board had been trampled. When we argued that it was not possible to walk in these places and therefore step on it, despite the fact that we were sure that we treated the car as if it were made of porcelain, we were told that we should be glad that the rental company would charge us. just the price of the part and the work and will not penalize us. Finally, the rental employee advised us to contact our insurance company if we have a so-called "third party damage insurance". We refuse to do so because we are sure that we did not cause any damage. Then the rental company will send you photos before and after, and the defect is photographed carefully, but the photos do not prove anything at all before the rental. We went in two. We can't imagine anyone going with children. Everything is fragile and certainly very expensive, a holiday could be very expensive. We also recommend that you check your car insurance in advance. According to the rental company, the car is insured with a 10% co-payment, but only as a car from outside. The residential part is not of interest to the insurance company. We will try to resolve the case through legal means. From an otherwise pleasant holiday, we are left with unpleasant memories of the rental business, which we will definitely never choose again.

We borrowed a CI Horon 84 XT motorhome from KaravanTravel.cz and we were absolutely satisfied, from explaining all the functions and training by the staff, the actual ride and stay with the car, to its return. I can only recommend a holiday with a motorhome, especially nowadays!

When I think of a child's journey by caravan as a child, I can say that the experience of our journey with a modern caravan is incomparable. What can be found in a motorhome today is great. If the great car is complemented by excellent service, instruction that lasted a long time, but we got complete information on how to handle it and even tips from the experience of employees, who are probably also caravans. Everything can be agreed upon and I can only recommend this company. Next time again! You can practically live in a motorhome and you will not miss anything. You cook dinner, charge your phone, you can watch your favorite show, sit around the table in the evening, and when you admit that you are asleep, you simply go down the bed and suddenly have more places to sleep. I really enjoyed it thanks to the fact that we had bikes with us and we were able to travel around. I recommend accommodation on bikes when, for example, you want to visit more places and still not pack. :-D
