Dvakrát zapůjčeno obytné auto. Služby a jednání skvělé a vstřícné. Jeli jsme mimo hlavní sezónu a nenašli jsme jinou půjčovnu, která by BlueRentu konkurovala cenou.
Motor home rented twice. Service and action great and accommodating. We went out of high season and we could not find another rental company that would compete with BlueRent for the price.

Kdysi jsem tam chtěl koupit auto. A nejspíš proto, že jsme nechtěli morelo :) tak nás prodejce moc neřešil. Určitě selhání jedince, ale bohužel to padá na firmu.
I used to want to buy a car there. And probably because we did not want morelo :) so the seller did not solve us much. Certainly the failure of an individual, but unfortunately it falls on the company.

Dobrý den, podělím se o naší velmi negativní zkušenost s touhle firmou. Před 2 lety jsme s manželkou pořídili obytnou dodávku a téměř neustále ji bez problému užívali. Po druhé zimě kdy byly mrazy a bylo potřeba přetěsnit střešní okno jsme se rozhodli dát auto na běžný servis, kontrolu hadic a ventilů jestli nejsou poškozeny mrazem, plus přetěsnění okna. Auto jsem tam dovezl a za 3 dny volal technik že je hotovo, do telefonu mi oznámil že je cena zhruba o třetinu vyšší než jsme se domlouvali původně ale dejme tomu neměli jsme s tím problém a natěšeni naštěstí jen na víkend Čechách jsme zaplatili a dovezli auto domů kde zůstalo cca 10 dní netknuté. Před výjezdem jsem napustil vodu a hurá z města. Po zaparkování pustím na panelu vodu a čerpadlo začalo mít hned divný zvuk, nemělo tlak a z pod auta tekla voda! Po otevřeni dvířek s toaletou jsem zjistil že voda teče skrz wc do auta tak jsem vypnul panel a bylo po víkendu. Hned v pondělí jsme auto dovezli zpátky do servisu a čekal jsem že to vezmou na sebe a nějak se dohodneme, třeba že to vytopené auto vysuší, načež mi pán řek že stačí topit a vše bude ok. Tak jsem tam auto znovu nechal a očekával že závadu opraví aspoň bez dalších nákladů. Připomínám že jsem měl už hodně smíšené pocity s vytopeného auta pod sprchou. Hned odpoledne mi volal pán že to mám hotové a vesele oznámil že byl prasklý záchodový ventil nejspíš mrazem a mám to za další cca 2000. Když jsem přišel pro auto tak se drze hádal že to není jejich vina. Těch 10 dnu co auto bylo doma rozhodně nemrzlo takže lajdácky na autě vyčistili nádrže, přetěsnili tedy okno, vyměnili diody v koupelně které stejně problikávají a rozhodně nezkontrolovali co měli, potom si nechali zaplatit nesmysl a vlastně dvakrát. Píšu to tady přesně jak to bylo, možná jsem měl auto překontrolovat hned, možná jsem hloupě důvěřoval že v téhle firmě není na standartním servise nic co pokazit. pokud jste dočetli až sem tak si z toho vemte co chcete ale za mě dost nefér jednáni a lajdáctví zaměstnanců.
Hello, I will share our very negative experience with this company. 2 years ago, my wife and I bought a residential van and used it almost constantly without any problems. After the second winter, when it was freezing and it was necessary to reseal the sunroof, we decided to put the car in regular service, check the hoses and valves for frost damage, plus resealing the window. I brought the car there and in 3 days the technician called that it was done, he told me on the phone that the price was about a third higher than we had originally agreed, but let's not have a problem with that and fortunately only for the weekend in the Czech Republic we paid and brought the car home where it remained intact for about 10 days. Before leaving, I filled the water and hurray from the city. After parking, I let the water on the panel and the pump started to make a strange sound, there was no pressure and water was flowing from under the car! After opening the door with the toilet, I found out that the water was flowing through the toilet to the car, so I turned off the panel and it was after the weekend. We brought the car back to the service station on Monday and I expected that they would take it upon themselves and we would somehow agree, for example, that the heated car would dry out, after which the gentleman told me that it was enough to heat and everything would be fine. So I left the car there again and expected to repair the defect at least without additional costs. I remind you that I already had a very mixed feeling with a heated car in the shower. The very afternoon my master called me to say that I had it done and cheerfully announced that the toilet valve was probably cracked and I had it for another 2000 or so. When I came for the car, he brazenly argued that it was not their fault. The 10 days that the car was at home definitely didn't freeze, so the sloppy people in the car cleaned the tanks, so they resealed the window, replaced the diodes in the bathroom which flashed anyway and definitely didn't check what they had, then they paid nonsense and actually twice. I'm writing it here exactly as it was, maybe I should have checked the car right away, maybe I stupidly believed that there was nothing wrong with standard service in this company. if you have read this far, take what you want from it, but for me, quite unfair treatment and carelessness of employees.

Kupoval som cez tuto firmu karavan Possl 2Win Plus, skusenost velmi zla. * zaratali mi do faktury okno navyse, i ked bolo v ramci balika * zle vypocitali cenu bez DPH a preto som napokon platil o 1000e viac * miesto dodania karavanu 15. juna dodali koncom augusta * na finalnu fakturu dali aj markizu, i ked mi ju nedodali * mal som u nich objednane nejake doplnky, ako markizu, instalaciu zastrciek, solar. Kym sme cakali, ze vyrobca auto doda, pripominal som im, nech maju tieto veci nachystane, ze ked auto pride, rovno namontuju. Ubezpecili ma, ze to tak bude. Ked auto prislo, nic z toho nemali pripravene a napokon nedodali. * karavan mi odovzdali aj s prevoznymi znackami a bielou kartou povinneho poistenia (za tuto sluzbu som zaplatil). Az par dni nato mi mailom oznamili, ze to poistenie musim este uhradit, teda bolo zatial neplatne. Poslali ma teda s autom jazdit bez povinneho poistenia bez toho, aby mi to povedali. * karavan mi odovzdali 2.9., no od 1.9. uz platili sprisnene technicke normy EU a auto sa nedalo standardnym sposobom v EU registrovat. O tejto skutocnosti ma ani len neupovedomili. Karavan som tak vyse mesiaca nemohol uzivat a opakovane som musel platit poplatky za registraciu.
I bought a Possl 2Win Plus caravan through this company, a very bad experience. * they added an extra window to my invoice, even though it was within the package * they miscalculated the price without VAT and therefore I finally paid 1000e more * the place of delivery of the caravan on 15 June delivered at the end of August * they also put an awning on the final invoice, even if they didn't give it to me * I had some accessories ordered from them, such as awning, installation of plugs, solar. While we waited for the manufacturer to deliver the car, I reminded them to have these things ready, that when the car arrives, they would install it right away. They assured me it would. When the car arrived, none of it was ready and finally delivered. * they also handed me the caravan with transport marks and a white compulsory insurance card (I paid for this service). A few days later, they informed me by e-mail that I still had to pay for the insurance, so it was still invalid. So they sent me to drive without compulsory insurance without telling me. * the caravan was handed over to me on 2.9., but from 1.9. The EU technical standards were already in place and the car could not be registered in the EU in the standard way. They didn't even let me know. I could not use the caravan for more than a month and I had to pay registration fees repeatedly.

Půjčené auto naší skupině dobře posloužilo v cestování po Toskánsku. Celkově se dobře řídilo a zvládlo nás vyvézt i velmi vysoko. Ocenili jsme ho jako dobrou základnu pro náročný trek do hor. Model Family doporučujeme jako ideálního pomocníka pro skupinu mladých dobrodruhů. ;)
The rented car served our group well in traveling around Tuscany. Overall, it was well managed and managed to export us even very high. We appreciated it as a good base for a challenging trek to the mountains. We recommend the Family model as an ideal helper for a group of young adventurers. ;)

Very bad customer service. Confirming availability and later saying car is not available. Also slow response despite many phones and emails. Not serious approach.

Not reliable!! Bad service !! I requested. I called to say I want come around to make the contract. He said not necessary. We can do it online. But he promised on the phone I can rely on the offer. I got an offer in writing. Next morning I booked. Five minutes later I was informed the vehicle is booked by another person. I called to ask. He said, I have to understand. Sorry, I don't ! That is not the way you should treat your customers! Not recommendable.Avoid this company if you can!!!
