★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is a FRAUD. I bought a part specifically because it was said that it is an ORIGINAL OEM VW part.
Payment, postage and after 2 weeks, when I received the part it turned out it is a CHEAP CHINESE PART I could buy for 1/4 of that price.
NOBODY ASWEARS CALLS OR EMAILS - nothing.
I just lost my money, I can't return it.
Watch out for these thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaclav Pekar is apparently the CEO, purchased a part from him & his company "Cars equipment" He had been in touch prior to purchasing via email's no problems at-all but as soon as I received the product from them which is not even the correct/right part number I ordered, he does not want to respond to any email's whatsoever...try's to tell me that the part I received is correct but it is not!!! Also the part he sent me is also 20 euros cheaper than the one I purchased on there website.
BEWARNED-SCAMMERS FROM THE START-THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE-AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES OR SETS A COMPANY APART.

I ordered two items, the order arrived but with one item missing.
I paid the money and they did not send me one of the two products ordered and paid.
It's been 3 weeks, I've sent them countless emails but they don't respond.
Thieves!

I reserved time... came with my car to change radio ... and they have such a mess there that they could not find my preordered radio.... they showed me some 50% pricier..... of course i declined...so they have made some order of this radio and said to me that they will have in in 2 weeks time... that i should call them or they will call
Me. They do not pick my phone number for 3 weeks. They just ignore it. This is just garbage ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you can't trust these people. I bought 3 products, only 2 of them came. On the day the order arrived, I sent an email saying that one of them was missing, and they promptly replied that they would send what was missing. 2 weeks later, I still had nothing. I sent e-mails again, no response !
