★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camminando sono stata colpita da questa statua e si tratta di un’eccellente architettura cubista ceca, edificata tra il 1911 ed il 1912 su progetto dell’architetto ceco Josef Gočár. Si trova nella Città Vecchia, tra la via Celetná ed il Mercato della frutta. Il nome deriva dalla statua barocca che si trova all’angolo dell’edificio. Dopo la ristrutturazione completa dell’edificio Museo delle Arti e dei Mestieri qui ospita un’esposizione cubista.
Walking I was struck by this statue and it is an excellent Czech cubist architecture, built between 1911 and 1912 to a design by the Czech architect Josef Gočár. It is located in the Old Town, between the Celetná street and the fruit market. The name derives from the baroque statue located at the corner of the building. After the complete renovation of the Museum of Arts and Crafts building, it houses a cubist exhibition here.

Si sviluppa su tre piani ma in questi giorni sono aperti solo il 2^ e il 4^ offerti pertanto ad un prezzo ridotto:80 kz (studenti gratis).
Al 2^ piano pochissimi pezzi pittorici e di arredo.
Al 4^ piano una mostra fotografica di un autore che ha come tema gli oggetti di design.
Per me totalmente deludente !
Calling it a museum seems too much to me!
It is spread over three floors but these days only the 2nd and 4th floors are open, therefore offered at a reduced price: 80 kz (free students).
On the 2nd floor there are very few pictorial and furniture pieces.
On the 4th floor a photographic exhibition by an author whose theme is design objects.
To me totally disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo museo, è esposta una selezione di opere dei cubisti cechi..più che altro mobili, tappezzerie e alcuni quadri. Al primo piano ce il bistrot completamente in stile liberty con un suggestivo terrazzino e una fantastica atmosfera. Una delle cose assolutamente i teressanti e l'esposizione di modellini di monumenti del territorio realizzati completamente con cartoncino Bristol bianco
In this museum, there is a selection of works by Czech cubists ... more than anything else furniture, upholstery and some paintings. On the first floor there is a bistro completely in liberty style with a charming little terrace and a fantastic atmosphere. One of the absolutely interesting things is the display of models of monuments of the territory made entirely with white Bristol paper
