J	John Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Czech Cubism - A very unique museum of fine arts, applied arts and architecture. The collection is housed in the first cubist building in Prague. It was designed by Josef Gocar and was once used as a shopping mall for women during the turn of the century. Helpful Hints: The museum offers discounts to the museum store and the Grand Cafe Orient. Also, check out the interior stairway for amazing photos.
L	Lara Weingerl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice museum, you learn about Czech cubism. It’s on three floors, the stairs are wery interesting (in a shape of a light bulb). There are mostly cubism furniture, some architectures and a few paintings.

The exhibition will bring you back in time to the early decades of the 1900, when furniture and ornaments were full of edges and corners. Sofas and chairs looked a strange mixture of retro-futurism and then off you go to the local Orient cafe, where you can enjoy cakes in the shape of a proper cubist sculpture.
C	Christian Winter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rare jewel of last century's architecture with 2 individual cafés on the different levels. The cubism could be even more consequent with the dishes they serve. I would have expected not a single round or rounded object on the menu. Nevertheless - very tasty!

You need to go to the refrigerator of the desserts with one of the staff and choose whatever you like. The prices are good and the Mulled Wine is served in a large glass, and it is great in the winter. Son't miss it! It is in the centre.

On the way back do not miss the café on the first floor (this is the real cubist style one; not the café on the ground floor).

When visiting, grab a free map which shows location of cubist buildings in the Prague center and visit them all ? after seeing the exhibitions, refresh yourselves with an egg Benedict at the Grand Café Orient on the first floor, which is furnished in the cubist style and has a nice terrace (cash only).
