★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den udělala reklamace na boty které se nedá nosit. Prodavačka byla na mě hnusná napsala v reklamace úplně něco jiného než jsem poprosila.
Po 2 třídní mě zamítlo tu reklamace.
Jen že boty se ně dá nosit má u pátý ušitý pruhy který řeže nohy úplně do krve..to hnusné chování ke zákazníků nikdy ně zažila.
Hello, she made a complaint about shoes that cannot be worn. The saleswoman was disgusting to me, she wrote something completely different in the complaint than I asked for.
After 2 class I was rejected by the complaint.
It's just that the shoes can be worn with the fifth sewn-on stripes which cuts the feet completely into the blood ... this disgusting behavior towards customers has never been experienced by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, moc bych chtěla vyzdvihnout milé chování slečny na kase dne 8.9.2021. Slečna mi skvěle poradila a byla moc ochotná. Dokonce se mi i podívala po mé velikosti v jiných pobočkách a vytiskla mi, kde se ještě boty v mé velikosti dají koupit.
Doporučuji!!!
Hello, I would like to highlight the kind behavior of the young lady at the cash register on September 8, 2021. The young lady gave me great advice and was very helpful. She even looked at my size in other branches and printed out where other shoes in my size can be bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 22.10.2021 jsem byla úplně nadšená z paní prodavačky Kristýny z Letňanského CCC. Strašně milá, ochotná, rychlá, šikovná, usměvavá... prostě super!!!! Vypadalo to, jako kdyby byl celý obchod její a měla velký zájem, aby se mi v jejím obchodě líbilo? to už se dnes jen tak nevidí... Moc děkuji a ráda přijdu opět nakupovat????
