★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sympatická slečna prodejkyně. Domluvili jsme se na požadavcích zájezdu a ona sama vyhledá vhodné destinace, termíny a kalkulaci. Samozřejmostí je pojištení storna zájezdu v případě nemoci.
Sympathetic young lady saleswoman. We have agreed on the requirements of the trip and she will find suitable destinations, dates and calculations. Of course, the trip cancellation insurance in case of illness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za něco jsme si zaplatili extra, nedostali to a Čedok nám nejenom nevrátil peníze, ještě předal celou záležitost advokátní kanceláři, aby nám poslala zastrašující dopis, který nás měl vyděsit a jasně říct, že "na nic nemám právo".
Jak jinak - když jsme jim poslali předžalobní výzvu a bylo jasné, že to myslíme vážně, tak "danou kauzu přehodnotili". Většina lidí si ale nemůže (a nechce) platit advokáta a riskovat nejistý výsledek.
O ty dva tisíce nám nešlo, ale o princip ano. A byl bych rád, kdyby se k tomu takto stavěli i ostatní - pak by si podobné firmy nedovolily zdaleka tolik.
We paid extra for something, they didn't get it and Čedok not only didn't return the money to us, he also handed over the whole matter to the law firm to send us an intimidating letter to scare us and say clearly that "I have no right to anything".
How else - when we sent them a pre-litigation call and it was clear that we meant it, they "reconsidered the case". But most people cannot (and do not want to) pay for a lawyer and risk an uncertain outcome.
We didn't care about the two thousand, but the principle did. And I would like others to approach this way - then similar companies would not afford that much.

The worst travel agency! When you book a 5 * hotel, it is possible that this hotel will really be only 4 *. If you make a complaint, you have no chance of winning this dispute.
