★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again! I got screamed at for hesitating as I was not sure which type on insurance to put on my documents. Having spent 2 weeksin Czech Republic, I tried my best to speak Czech to the post officer, but she totally ignored the fact that it was hard for me and was screaming at me to make a decision and she was very rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! If you think the service cannot get worse, you are mistaken. The Post has lost more than half of my mail and all magazines with presents have been stolen for the past year. Lately, i do not even receive a receipt that i have a mail there.
To be fair, some clerks used to be helpful but others did not care at all and they even said i have picked up a package while I was just coming with a receipt to pick it up! Shame!
