K	Kristýna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi nejhorší pošta v celý ČR! Po dnešku už tam opravdu nikdy nepůjdu. Balíček, co mi jinde pošlou za pár korun, mi tady věčně chtějí posílat za dvojnásobek ceny. Pošta šlapala dobře akorát asi rok zpátky, kdy tu pracovaly mladé slečny, které vždy ve všem pomohly. Nepříjemná je tu obzvlášť jedna černovlasá paní - když ji člověk poprosí, aby to poslala co nejlevněji a nejobyčejněji, tak si žádá 120 Kč. Pak když ji zkusíte poprosit ještě jednou, aby to poslala levněji tak zarputile a nepříjemně tvrdí, že to nejde. Této pobočce jsem dávala šanci jen proto, že ji mám hned u práce. Probably the worst post office in the whole Czech Republic! I'll really never go there after today. They always want to send me a package that they will send me elsewhere for a few crowns here for twice the price. The post office worked just about a year ago, when young ladies worked here, who always helped in everything. One black-haired lady is especially unpleasant here - when a person asks her to send it as cheaply and as ordinary as possible, she asks for 120 CZK. Then if you try to ask her one more time to send it cheaper so stubbornly and uncomfortably claim that it is not possible. I only gave this branch a chance because I have it right at work.
K	Khan Fahad Mahmood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zbývalo 30 minut do konce otevírací doby a už udělat overenych 5 kopí ne chtěly dělat a posílal na hlavní poštu, kvůli tomu že ne stihnou, a jsem byl tam jediný, 5 kopí zabývá více než 30 minut?? There were 30 minutes left until the end of the opening hours and already made 5 verified spears they did not want to do and sent to the main post office, because they do not catch up, and I was there only, 5 spears engaged for more than 30 minutes??

Nedá se srovnat s poštou na Walterove náměstí nebo v OC Fenix, tam je to katastrofa. Tady super. Děkuji. The first post I give the full number of stars. Three counters, but they all went, nice and fast lady, for how much I sent, great service. It can't be compared to the post office on Walter Square or in OC Fenix, it's a disaster there. Great here. M	Martina Dlasková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím proč, ale na tyhle poště pracuji lidé, kteří musí zákonitě nesnášet ostatní. Mám tři zkušenosti - aby se neřeklo, že jen negativní, tak jednou to bylo v pořádku, prostě neutrální. Vyridila jsem, co jsem potřebovala. Podruhé mě pan za přepážkou poučovat dost arogantní způsobem o tom, ze se má adresa odesílatele preskrtnout. Se omlouvám, že jsem to nevěděla a pan mi dal přednášku o tom, že to bych teda měla vědět, že určitě neposílám doporučený dopis poprvé.. cítila jsem se jak malý dítě, co udělalo průšvih. Posledně cca týden zpět - mladá slečna sice převzala dopis i mi udělala výpis z rejstříku, ale už mi nebyla schopna říct, co mám dělat pro ověřenou kopii vzdělání, jen řekla, že "tohle neoverujeme" a prepazku bez rozloučení nebo dotazu, jestli jeste něco potrebuju, uzavřela. Prosím - naučte svoje lidi aspoň pozdravit, poděkovat a rozloučit se, když už nechtějí poskytovat přidanou hodnotu, tak aspoň by mohli mít nějaké základní slusne chování. I don't know why, but I work at these post offices people who must legally hate others. I have three experiences - not to say it's just negative, so once it was okay, just neutral. I figured out what I needed. For the second time, Mr. behind the counter will teach me in a rather arrogant way that the sender's address should be crossed out. I'm sorry I didn't know, and Mr. gave me a lecture on saying that I should know that I'm definitely not sending a registered letter for the first time ... I felt like a little kid in trouble. About the last week or so - the young lady took the letter and made me an extract from the register, but she was no longer able to tell me what to do for a certified copy of her education, she just said "we don't verify this" and the pass without saying goodbye or asking if anything else I need, she concluded. Please - teach your people to at least greet, thank and say goodbye when they no longer want to provide added value, so at least they could have some basic decent behavior.

There are three people working behind the counter one of which is closed and the two other people have to respond to about 20 individuals waiting in line. This is not how you treat your customers!
