Bylo by záhodno změnit otevírací hodiny za ty, které platí. Možná je to lenost, podívat se na vaše oficiální stránky z mojí strany, ale když ten google máte, tak ho používejte. Krásný den, Z.H.
It would be useful to change the opening hours for those that apply. It may be laziness to look at your official website from me, but if you have that google, use it. A beautiful day, Z.H.

Já myslim, že je to super, mít pracovní dobu tak krátkou, aspoň nemusíte chodit na záchod během pracovní doby. Velice gratuluji!
I think it's great to have working hours so short, at least you don't have to go to the bathroom during working hours. Congratulations!

The lines are long. The staff is rude and discourteous. No attempt is made to help you when you arrive or know what window you should go to. A necessity at best.

Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. We knew what line to get into by observing others. Cash and credit cards accepted.

Not only the worst post office I have ever come across, but the the worst service at any place, in any city in any nation I have ever been in my entire life: I was gonna send a packet and when I came to the counter the woman who stood there did not speak any english what so ever. That is bad enough when you work for the one of the biggest companies in the nation. What's even worse is the fact that this is in the middle of a tourist area in one of the most popular cities in the world. Okay, so this woman has decided that english is nothing for her compared to the rest of the population that speaks excellent english. However, she did not even try to be helpfull. She was just grumpy and pointed in some random direction for another counter. There it was another, even more grumpier, women who overlooked us totally. A polite eldery guy tried to come us to the rescue and spoke with her (of cource she had not cared to learn english she either) but it did not help. Then a young guy who worked there as last showed some kind of service. But he was just like a zombie, very rude, and it took forever to just make a few simple task. Find the weight of the packet, the price and tell us what information he needed to know to send the packet. Luckily this postal office do not represent the rest of Prague, where most of the people (except a few unproffesional and grumpy ice cream sellers) who are very polite, smiling, kind and proffesional.

The worst post office in Prague - I've lived in this beautiful city for 2 years now, but I never met such rude and ill-mannered people. The clerk didn't even looked at me, minding her own business and pretending I wasn't there. She told me to wait (I just needed 2 stamps... not a big deal) while chatting with her colleague and smiling at me. The last straw was when she clearly said I was just a "stupid tourist" (thanks god I know czech!) so I told her the stupid was herself. She put a face and didn't spoke to me never again.

Terrible service. I went on the desk 6, the old lady didn't speak English but I don't complain about that, but her behaviour was just unnecessary agressive with me, screaming for asking the passport and she knew that I don't speak Czech and was just rude for no reason and she refused to let me pay 50czk by card, she was swearing at me. I just wanted to get my paper, don't need to be stupidly rude with foreigners, she should go to retirement maybe.

Beyond Rude. If you do not want to have to answer questions of tourists then do not work in the center of a tourist city. Not even sure if my postcards will make it. Also, refused to accept euros even though it’s legal tender in the country. Watched one teller yell at an American guy just because he politely asked if she spoke English,
