★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah Czech Post point. Needs no introduction. Just one of those legacy organisation which should be reformed from top to bottom. Ridiculous ancient monopoly. Kind of unbelievable it’s management gets away with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pleasant post offices I know on site. Always served fast, competently, with a smile, even with some humor... BUT one star goes away due to the package delivery staff from DEPO 704, which nearly NEVER delivers any packages at home. They never ring the bell. Nothing helps to fix this problem, but hey, this is the Czech Republic. Who cares...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly useless. Long waiting times, ancient systems, and for some reason require ONLY physical passport to collect a regular package (not registered). When asked about it, I received the answer ‘you foreigners must bring only passport’, despite having drivers licence, resident card and a passport scan on my phone. Amazing establishment in this day and age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude postal lady Magdalena Lukešová doesn't wear the COVID protection and puts everyone in danger by yelling and spitting at the public. Photo attached. I have talked to the boss of the place, the extremely overweight postmaster general, and she said to leave her alone, that she is doing all she can! Communism is still alive in this place for sure!
