bože už umí spustu věci online, proč u balíku s dobírkou nejde vyplnit i složenka online a vytisknout na přepážce...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neschopná obsluha za přepážkou, která nedokáže opsat adresu z podacího lístku. Pět minut dohadování, pošťačka tvrdila, že adresa neexistuje. Musel jsem vytáhnout Mapy.cz, ukázat, že adresa sedí. Po nalezení adresy a úspěšném podání balíku jsem si chtěl koupit ještě los. Paní nedokázala načíst kartičku Sazka klubu. Příště se tomuto místo vyhnu obloukem. Ani čisto zde není, všude po podlaze se válely papírky a listí.
Unable to operate behind the counter who cannot copy the address from the ticket. Five minutes of arguing, the postman claimed the address did not exist. I had to pull out Mapy.cz, show that the address fits. After finding the address and successfully submitting the package, I wanted to buy another ticket. The lady could not load the Sazka club card. Next time, I'll avoid this place with an arch. It's not even clean here, papers and leaves rolled all over the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouhé čekací doby. Na to, že jde vlastně o hlavní ústeckou poštu, je stav zaměstnanců poddimenzován. S parkováním také problém , těžší balík sem povlečete z auta z Vladimírské ulice ( placené parkoviště).
Long waiting times. The number of employees is undersized that it is actually the main Ústí post office. There is also a problem with parking, you can bring a heavier package here from a car from Vladimírská Street (paid parking).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby šlo mínus hvězda dám jí. Sorry ale ještě nikdy jsem nebyl odbavení za 10 min. Pošťačka nikdy nepredala dopis do ruky, žádný zvonek, lístek do schránky a počkej si ve frontě blb...u.
Tohle je hustej ústav. Jinak si můžete stěžovat u vedoucí, s čím jsem přestal, protože jsem ztratili více času na poště a příště jsem měl opět lístek ve schrance! Škoda že ne všechno lze odeslat resp. přijmout jakýmkol jiným přepravcem. Už aby to vyrostla nějaká soukromá fy, co poštu nebude brát jako konkurenci, ale zaslape je do země. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jem prisla na tuto pobočku pošty v čase 15:52, jsem student a drive jsem se na poštu nedostala. Na poště jsem čekala 50min a stejně jsem se na řadu nedostala. Jedna stala zamestnankyne a dve co se zaucuji mi přijde trošičku jako výsměch. Z toho slecna co se zaucuje na prepasce c.9, si chatuje na mobilu a chodi si delat kafe, kdyz vidi ze je tam tuna lidi. NEDOPORUCUJI tuto pobočku, pokud tam nechcete stravit pulku zivota a ve smradu kolem Vas. UDELEJTE S TIM NECO, takhle prece nemuze vypadat/fungovat hlavni pošta.

Today I arrived at this post office at 15:52, I am a student and I did not get to the post office. I waited at the post office for 50 minutes and still didn't get my turn. One has become an employee and two I am learning come as a bit of a mockery to me. The young lady who is learning on pass 9 is chatting on her mobile phone and going to make coffee when she sees that there are a lot of people there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this branch unless you want to spend a regiment of life there and in the stench around you. DO IT WITH NECO, the main post office can't look / work like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké díky paní, která je u vchodu a pomáhá vytisknout lísteček. Jinak většinou vždy velká fronta a čekáte i 30 minut. Je super, že pošta udělala přes aplikaci možnost se objednat. Super nápad.
