★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zásilka avizována v dopoledních hodinách s kontaktem na doručujícího řidiče. Volali jsme na uvedené číslo vícekrát, ale nikdo mobil nezvedl. Poslali jsme tedy SMS s dotazem na upřesnění času. Bez odpovědi. Telefon nám řidič zvedl až po 17:00, řekl, že je nedaleko a zásilku v nejbližší době doručí. Nikdo se již neozval a uvedené číslo bylo nedostupné. Byli jsme zbytečně celý den doma, kdy zásilku obdržíme nevíme, na depu České Pošty v Jateční ulici v Ústí n. L. telefon nikdo nebere. Neskutečně nezodpovědné a neomluvitelné jednání a pohrdání zákazníkem. Příště zvolím dopravce jiného.
Shipment notified in the morning with contact to the delivering driver. We called the number several times, but no one answered the cell phone. So we sent an SMS asking to specify the time. Without an answer. The driver picked up the phone after 5:00 pm, said that it was nearby and would deliver the shipment in the near future. No one answered and the number was unavailable. We were unnecessarily at home all day, when we do not receive the shipment, no one picks up the phone at the Česká Pošta depot in Jateční street in Ústí n. L. Incredibly irresponsible and inexcusable behavior and contempt for the customer. Next time I will choose another carrier.

chtěla bych touto cesto moc pochválit zaměstnance DEPA Ústí nad Labem, kteří mi pomohli dohledat zásilku, která měla být vrácena zpět odesílateli z důvodu, že mě pošta v Plzni nedala oznámení o tom, že zásilka se na poště nachází. Zásilka byla dnes doručena a udělalo mi to velkou radost, že ji pracně musím nahánět přes půl světa. S pozdravem RD

I would like to commend the DEPA Ústí nad Labem employees who helped me find the shipment that was to be returned to the sender due to the fact that the post office in Pilsen did not notify me that the shipment was at the post office. The shipment was delivered today and it made me very happy that I had to work hard to cross the world. Regards RD
