H	Hans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 170 korun za poslání malyho baliku na dobirku?? ZLODEJI! S vama uz NIKDY VIC! Navíc napíšou, ze "dnes přivezou balik", ale čas už nenapisou. Pak pro jistotu neprijedou vubec a musíte na poštu. Zlatá Zasilkovna nebo PPL. Ceskou poštu už nikdy! 170 crowns for sending a small package on cash on delivery ?? THIEVES! NEVER AGAIN with you! H	Hanny Ahonen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pošta si nezaslouží napsat.. Tohle nemá s poštou nic společného. Vybírají peníze za služby, které nevykonávají.. Celý den člověk čeká na něco co Vám ani nepřivezou. Bylo mi divný že dle sledování zásilky napišou "adresát nezastižen" a ve schránce žádný lístek, tak jsem shlédl kamerový záznam celého dne a žádný pošťák ani vozidlo. Kdysi jsem posílal zásilku na dobírku, který byl vyzvednut ale peníze jsem již neobdržel, údajně se vytratila přiložená složenka někde na poště a musel jsem vyčkat měsíc než jsem se něčeho dočkal. Nechápu to... je to elektronický převod peněz to snímá ještě obchodují na burze nebo co. Nedávno při odesílání peněžní složenky dotyčná osoba složenku na peníze neobdržela, tak až po měsíci který jsem musel čekat a teprve potom podat reklamaci, (na její vyřízení mají opět měsíc) kterou UZNALI že se stala chyba na jejich straně a peníze mi vydali ale né už ten poplatek, který jsem za nevykonnanou službu zaplatil. Zažádal jsem o vrácení peněz za tu nevykonnanou službu a opět jsem musel napsat reklamaci ale tentokrát na centrální poštu a opět po měsíci mě přišla odpověď kde bylo napsáno "Vaše reklamace nebyla uznána a nárok na vrácení peněz se zamítá" Nezkutečné jak lidi okrádají. Recently, when sending a money slip, the person did not receive the money slip, so only after a month I had to wait and only then file a complaint (they have a month to settle it again) which they RECOGNIZED that there was a mistake on their part and they gave me the money but no more the fee I paid for the non-performed service. I asked for a refund for the unfulfilled service and again I had to write a complaint but this time to the central post office and again after a month I received an answer with the words "Your complaint was not recognized and the right to a refund is denied" Unreal how people rob.

Vůbec nespolupracovali a balík nenašli. Now I only go there minimally. It generally depends on which employee you come across. In the past, they "lost" a package for CZK 3,500 between the depot and the post office. They did not cooperate at all and did not find the package.

Personál ochotný pomáhat lidem a příjemný.Prostě nejlepší pošta. I went to pick up the letter today.
