Schon die Anmeldung bei Frau Cinégrovà die sehr gut Deutsch spricht war an Professionalität nicht zu übertreffen. Sie war auch zur OP als Dolmetscherin vor Ort, was mir ein Gefühl von Sicherheit gab. Herr Dr.Horyna ist sehr nett und man kann sich ohne Bedenken in seine Hände begeben. Das Ergebnis seiner Arbeit sehe ich jetzt jeden Tag im Spiegel und bin glücklich darüber. Zum Team gehören auch die Krankenschwestern die ich hier nicht vergessen möchte. Auch ohne Deutschkenntnisse Ihrerseits und keiner Tschechischkenntnisse meinerseits waren sie sehr verständnisvoll und freundlich und haben 1A-Arbeit geleistet. Ich kann dieses Team nur empfehlen und würde es immer wieder tun. Naja die "Baustellen" werden im Alter mehr und ich weiß ja jetzt wo mir geholfen wird. Also vielleicht bis bald ? Ihre Simone Koebel A big thank you to the whole team. I went to Dr Horyna for an upper eyelid lift and I am simply overwhelmed by the result. Already the registration with Ms. Cinégrovà, who speaks very good German, could not be surpassed in professionalism. She was also on site for the operation as an interpreter, which gave me a feeling of security. Dr Horyna is very nice and you can put yourself in his hands without hesitation. I now see the result of his work in the mirror every day and I am happy about it. The team also includes the nurses who I don't want to forget here. Even without any knowledge of German or any knowledge of Czech on my part, they were very understanding and friendly and did a great job. I can only recommend this team and would do it again and again. Well, the "construction sites" become more with age and I now know where I will be helped. So maybe see you soon ? Your Simone Koebel
