★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderní a prostorná pobočka, nachází se zde bankomat i pokladna pro vklady a výběry. Bohužel dojem zkazil velmi neprofesionální přístup zaměstnanců. To je však u této společnosti standard.

Dlouhé čekání a paní místo aby se ujala klienta, tak raději postávala a bavila se s jinou zaměstnankyní a pak šla pro jistotu leštit kliky (doslova)...protože co kdyby nás obsloužila rychleji. Jednání se zákazníkem, jak kdyby byl úplně neschopný dement. Neustále nám vnucovali jejich poradce. Už nikdy

A long wait and the lady, instead of taking on the client, preferred to stand and talk to another employee and then went to polish the handles for sure (literally) ... because what if she served us faster. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem zde klientem již několik desítek let. Když srovnávám časy minulé a současné je to velký skok kupředu. Kdysi jsem si pomalu bral dovolenou abych něco vyřídil. Zmatky neochota je už minulost a dnes při velké konkurenci si toto už nemohou dovolit a je to znát. Teď se člověk cítí jako opravdový klient .

The confusion of unwillingness is past, and today, in the face of great competition, they cannot afford it anymore and it is obvious. Now you feel like a real client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už vím, že tuhle pobočku nenavstívím. Hned při vstupu chaoz. Řešil jsem něco u přepážky, další dva lidé za mnou taky neco řešili u stejne přepážky. Po rekonstrukci nepoužitelná pobočka jako všechny ostatní po rekonstrukci. Jedna slečna ani nevěděla co po ní chci a musela se zeptat kolegy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sice čekání je ale vcelku se to dá vydržet přístup na jedna minus ale zas pořád lepší než jinde ač sem tu byla párkrát vydim to vcelku pozitivně
