I have been visiting this medical facility for several years. Although the level of health care is (for me as a layman) probably at a good level, everything else forces me to look for alternatives and another workplace. "Socialism" is a bit prevalent here. That is, the inability to treat the patient as a customer and not in a way that is done to him (at least I assume that the insurance company pays for all services). First: order the program for min. midnight. Mostly, this effort costs me dozens of outgoing calls. Because I don't have the opportunity to spend so much time on private calls on weekdays, it's often a program for a few days. Calling back here is not part of work ethic. Secondly, I was very touched personally that during my last phone call I was reprimanded by an employee with the words "how I imagine it" and "how I explain it" for missing a six-month check. The second worker in the room (probably the one who doesn't have time to pick up the other line) also said her completely out of place and out loud. Unfortunately, sometimes there are serious situations (in my case, death in the family) that give life a different direction. Such behavior is unacceptable to me. Thirdly: as far as tact is concerned, it is also not personal for me to be MUDr. Kotouš asked during each visit when I will have a child, what I intend to do with it and that I should "try harder". Again, this topic is very personal, often painful, and I don't think such unsolicited advice would be appropriate, even from a doctor. Fourth: outdated, outdated equipment, I don't feel comfortable here. The willingness and overall level of communication of the staff has greatly deteriorated. Whenever I have fun in the waiting room with others, they are just as upset. A long wait even when ordering, supplemented by eternally dissatisfied speeches of the staff, which bothers everything (phones, doors, patients, doctors, subscriptions, papers, computer, maybe even the weather) is not the environment I want to return to.

With the care of MUDr. Bekové, I am very happy, I have been going to her for many years. When there were problems, she always helped, including pregnancy and antenatal care / son is now a teenager. Ordered last week for the first phone call, my dear nurse offered me an appointment for the following week. Today without waiting, the doctor took me exactly on time, everything went well, there was enough time to discuss further preventive examinations. The doctor is really caring and very kind. Yes, the nurse at the front desk didn't have a smile on her face, but we did everything and I can write this review.
