★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přítelkyně se chtěla objednat na prohlídku po nějaké době (dříve sem chodila) a poslala email. Na email nikdo neodpověděl a protože přítelkyně nemluví Česky, požádala mě o zavolání. Zavolal jsem. Ozvalo se protivné "nó?" A než jsem stihnul cokoliv říci: "moment furt, já tady něco mám." A tak jsem si vyslechnul několikaminutový dialog o jiné pacientce, včetně celé anamnézy a detailů o zdravotním stavu. Pak jsem se dozvěděl, že pan doktor email viděl, ale neobtěžoval se odpovědět a že to máme zkusit jinde. Jako chlap nedokážu takovou službu porovnat s jinými gynekology, ale taková úroveň mi přijde velmi nízká. I do not recommend this place for non-Czech speaking customers.  A girlfriend wanted to book for a tour after some time (before she went here) and sent an email. Nobody answered the email and because girlfriend doesn't speak Czech, she asked me to call. I called. Annoying "no?" And before I could say anything: "moment, I've got something here." And so I listened to a few minutes of dialogue on another patient, including a full medical history and health details. Then I learned that Doctor had seen the email, but he didn't bother to answer and that we should try it elsewhere. As a guy, I can't compare such a service with other gynecologists, but I find this level very low. I do not recommend this place for non-Czech speaking customers.
