★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak po opravdu dlouhe dobe a mnoha ruznych zkušenostech, musim rict, ze tento pneuservis je opravdu parádní. Rychla a kvalitni prace (napriklad po prezuti vam cely disk vycisti v mycím boxu) prijemne ceny a pratelsky pristup. Opravdu jsem velmi spokojeny a vsem doporucuji!!
 So after a really long time and many different experiences, I must say that this tire service is really great. Fast and quality work (for example, after you have cleaned the whole disc in the washing box) at an affordable price and a friendly approach. I am really very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím říct, že nejlepší pneuservis ve kterým sem kdy byl. Tak rychle prezutý kola jak v F1. Skvělá práce, dobrý ceny. Můžu jen doporučit.
I have to say, the best tire service I've ever been to. As fast as the wheels in F1. Great job, good prices. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatné ceny. Prodávají pneumatiku s prodejní cenou o tisíc Kč dráž než jejich konkurence. A k tomu vám začnou říkat, že na pneu vám dali slevu. Sleva měla být 33%. Takže jestli chcou říct že bez slevy by ta pneumatika stála kolem 4 tisíc Kč, tak jsi asi ráno dali před prací nějakou dobrotu a jsou úplně mimo hovada brněnské.
Bad prices. They sell a tire with a selling price of CZK 1,000 more expensive than their competitors. And they'll start telling you that they gave you a discount on your tires. The discount should be 33%. So if they want to say that without a discount, the tire would cost around CZK 4,000, so you probably gave some goodness before work in the morning and they are completely out of the Brno beast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I přes domluvu, kdy mám dojet mě odmítli. S defektem přes půl Brna na to aby mě řekli že budou dělat do padla kamiony. S borcama mluva otřes... Takže už nikdy více.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chovani na repeci je strašný. Borci se baví jak u piva v hospodě a zákazník čeká než si to povykladaji a pomalé se bojí něco říct. Tady neplatí náš zákazník náš pán.
Když jsem najel s autem do dílny tak borec odešel a neřekl nic. Nevěděl jsem zda tam mám stát. Nebo odejít zpět na recepci. Prozákaznický servis a empatie 0 .
Jednu hvězdu dávám že mě vzali hned s defektem. Ale mám to blízko.

When I drove the car to the workshop, the guy left and said nothing. I didn't know if I should stand there. Or leave back at the front desk. Pro - customer service and empathy 0.
I give one star that they took me right away with a defect. But I'm close.
