We went to Kukátka with my daughter regularly and there was never a big problem with ordering until this year. We were not there for a little longer (birth of a second son and then covid) and at the preventive examination our pediatrician told us to go again to check that the daughter probably has less vision and it would be advisable to solve it as soon as possible before starting school. I ordered us at the very beginning of June, it was written off and I also had on the website that they ACCEPT orders for the end of September. Well, I was wondering what already, September is still ok. But they will no longer tell you that they are admitting patients from December for September, not that your appointment will be in September or October at the latest. When I called today what it looks like I need to know the date, they told me that they are currently accepting orders until December. They write on the website that they will take you in 4-5 months, but this is not true, because children from June are still waiting to order there, or probably children from March and February. I'm going to look for other eyewear, because this is an incredible audacity that they aren't even willing to say "sorry, they'll get to you in 3/4 years at the earliest, you'd better try elsewhere". They take children and their health hostage. We all know very well that some eye defects need to be addressed as soon as possible, and waiting for half or three-quarters of a year can severely damage your eyesight. So I do not recommend the chicken, although until then I was satisfied with them. Today, their behavior caused me to panic. No, thank you.

I will calmly add - the daughter has a headache from straining her eyes to focus, she started to squint. Unfortunately, another doctor had to find out. She needed glasses, which you didn't diagnose with you.

I have been going to Kukátka with my children for several years now, ie we are satisfied here. The attitude of the staff is really great. When adjusting the diopters and cylinders, the lady (probably an optometrist) really "won" and was patient. It also happened that we waited for about half an hour before the staff returned from lunch, but usually someone will pick us up quite quickly.

On the recommendation of acquaintances, we came from Brno with our 2.5-year-old son and I am extremely satisfied. Yes, it is true that the receptionist's approach could still be worked on, but the examination itself is more important and the approach with it is clearly the best and absolutely friendly to the children. All well planned, no unnecessary and long waits, nice and friendly approach, all explained in detail, all questions answered, really careful examination. It was the first examination where he didn't cry, and on the contrary, he liked it there.

My daughter's personal doctor recommended this clinic to me and I am very satisfied. The receptionist is friendly. I've been here a few times. The nurses and optometrists are very nice, they have a beautiful approach to the children, even though my daughter cried and did not want to cooperate in the inspection, they were patient. The doctor is always very careful, then explain everything slowly so that I understand it because I am a foreigner, my Czech is 7-80%. Thank you very much and I recommend.
