I	Iveta Stara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ skoro 3 roky jsem jezdila do Top esthetic a po temer 3 letech vymena Personalu a bohuzel vse spatne. jezdila jsem na Botox dokud zde byl clovek o ktetem jsem si myslel ze je doktor vse super-celo se po aplikaci ani nehlo/nakonec nam bylo receno ze to lekar neni jen technik/ ale po vymene personalu musim konstatovat ze mel zlate ruce. nova p.doktorka je asi zkusena ale ne v oblastu botoxu-ani po 10ti dnech jsem celo neprestala zvedat o ocich ani nemluvim -vrasek jak na vejir. zkratka vyhozene penize a to me i mou sestru ujistovala ze to vydrzi i 6 mesicu. for almost 3 years I went to Top esthetic and after almost 3 years I changed Personal and unfortunately all bad. I went to Botox as long as there was a man about ktetem I thought the doctor is all super-all after the application or did not move / finally we were told that the doctor is not just a technician / but after the exchange of personnel I have to say that he had gold hands. nova p.doktorka is probably tried but not in the area of botox-even after 10 days I did not stop lifting my eyes or talking -vrasek how to fry. a shortcut kicked out money and it assured me and my sister that it will last 6 months.

Cekarna prázdná sestra strašně neochotna a nakonec mě poslali domu že mě bez objednání nevemou. I came with a 2-year-old daughter after the weekend when she was flowing from her and she was all red. Cekarna's empty sister was terribly reluctant and eventually sent me home that they didn't call me without order.

M	Miro S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel nemohu hodnotit z medicinskeho hlediska, nebylo mozne byt zde osetren. Telefon neberou cele dopoledne, volal jsem asi 8x behem 4 hodin, stale obsazeno. Pri osobni navsteve v ordinaci ten samy den zde nejsou zadni pacienti (ani doktorka), neordinuje se, pry je to "vyvesene na cedulce na dverich". Objednavky pry berou az za mesic a akutni pripad neosetruji, byl jsem odkazan jinam. Bohuzel nic neni mozne zjistit bez osobni navstevy. Nema smysl s touto ordinaci ztracet cas, pokud ho ovsem nemate nazbyt:) Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate it from a medical point of view, it was not possible to be treated here. They don't pick up the phone all morning, I called about 8 times in 4 hours, still busy. During a personal visit to the surgery on the same day, there are no patients (not even a doctor), she is not prescribed, because it is "posted on a sign on the door". Orders are accepted within a month and I do not investigate the acute case, I was referred elsewhere. Unfortunately, nothing can be found without a personal visit. There is no point in wasting time with this surgery, unless you have to waste it :)

Když jsem pak přišel dovnitř, tak jsem si připadal, jako kdyby tu nebyl vůbec personál, tak jsem raději šel pryč. Čtvrt hodinové čekání mě už přestalo bavit. I did not call the telephone numbers posted in front of the entrance during working hours. When I came in, I felt like there was no staff at all, so I preferred to leave. A quarter of an hour of waiting was no longer amusing me.

Přišel jsem s poraněným okem Vše mi bylo vysvětleno a poskytnuty léky při té příležitosti mi byl udělán kontrolní test očí doporučuji For me, an absolutely excellent eye surgery, a very nice lady at the reception, the same as a nurse and a doctor.
