Today I was unpleasantly surprised by the behavior of the lady from the X-ray workplace. I waited in the waiting room for half an hour and after the end of working hours I tapped the lady / there is information on the door that she should not be knocked / with the fact that she is not angry, that I am fat, but that I have been waiting for half an hour and I'm still working or waiting in the right workplace. The lady immediately started to me like a little girl, that I'm definitely not waiting there for half an hour, because at 47 she went out and no one was there. I would really notice the lady, but I didn't say anything, I just asked where I could go with the offense. The lady also snapped at me / a really inappropriate style of talking to an adult / that I want to go somewhere now? Nobody is there anymore and people go in the morning. I already said that I arrived half an hour ago and waited there. But most of all, I would like to know where I should go, if she would be so kind and advise me. The lady replied that the last patient was taken half an hour before the end. But they did not have this information there. As I was told, the director took it off. So if you come here, don't bother the lady with their private phone calls, which she kept in the surgery before the end of working hours.

I was at the doctor's office for the second time. The examination took 2-3 minutes, which I don't understand. Moreover, given that this was the second examination due to a persistent problem, I would expect more interest or consistency. The only thing she told me was, I quote "everything's fine." She cursed at another doctor, for no reason at all. I do not recommend.

For 2 weeks now, I have been trying in vain to order a minor child for an examination. Nobody answers the phone. Never. Not even in the morning, at noon, in the afternoon, ... during office hours, outside of them, you just don't call. So who should I contact?
