M	Miro S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel nemohu hodnotit z medicinskeho hlediska, nebylo mozne byt zde osetren. Telefon neberou cele dopoledne, volal jsem asi 8x behem 4 hodin, stale obsazeno. Pri osobni navsteve v ordinaci ten samy den zde nejsou zadni pacienti (ani doktorka), neordinuje se, pry je to "vyvesene na cedulce na dverich". Objednavky pry berou az za mesic a akutni pripad neosetruji, byl jsem odkazan jinam. Bohuzel nic neni mozne zjistit bez osobni navstevy. Nema smysl s touto ordinaci ztracet cas, poud ho ovsem nemate nazbyt:) Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate it from a medical point of view, it was not possible to be treated here. They don't pick up the phone all morning, I called about 8 times in 4 hours, still busy. During a personal visit to the surgery on the same day, there are no patients (not even a doctor), she is not prescribed, because it is "posted on a sign on the door". Orders are accepted within a month and I do not investigate the acute case, I was referred elsewhere. Unfortunately, nothing can be found without a personal visit. There is no point in wasting time with this surgery, but you don't have to waste it :)

Sedíte v ordinaci a jen koukate jak sestra mačka každou chvilku tlačítko na tel volajicimu jako že je obsazeno hrůza a kolikrát tam nejsou ani lidi. S paní doktorkou jsem spokojená, ale na akutní případ neberou ohledy. If you call, you were very lucky to go ordering in person. Buď vůbec telefon neberou nebo je obsazeno a po pár minutách stejně telefon nezvednou, i když zvoní. Závěr - začal jsem chodit jinam. Na ošetření s malým dítětem, které má zánět v oku,se nedostanete,a to jen proto,že nějaká mladá holka na recepci rozhodne,že není vážný případ! Až se lidi začnou soudit a dávat to do novin,pak se snad začne něco řešit. Nechci ani pomyslet na maminku dítěte, jejíž syn po operaci mandlí šel na kontrolu a tam liknavostí personálu krvácel a krvácel a nyní je chudák ležák.... Jak ta se musela zlobit... Nikdo krom jedné sestřičky nepozdraví, paní doktorka, která se nám nepředstaví, takže nevíte s kým mluvíte (chodíme jen na kontroly, takže se nám lékaři mění), nám na chodbě začne vysvětlovat jaké máme koupit kapky. Bez vyšetření! Vyšetřeny jsme byly, až jsem si o to řekla! Následně žádám o napsání silnějších brýlí - není problém, vezmeme vás za měsíc, ale buď si nechte skla udělat u nás nebo zaplaťte za vyšetření.
