Hezké prostorné byty, super lokace a vyžití. Krámek, hospoda, parkování, kam jít venčit.. Výhled sice nic moc, ale co čekat od sídliště.
Líbilo se nám tu. Přítel tu bydlel skoro 4 roky. Avšak přístup agentury tristní. Chtěli zálohu, i když podlahy a stěny jsme renovovali sami. Smlouva vždy na rok. Avšak tentokrát po vypršení smlouvy nám místo smlouvy další, případně dohody, bylo oznámeno, že se máme do pěti dnů vystěhovat. Vlastně protiprávní jednání. Stejný postup jsme zaznamenali i od dalších podnájemníků. Nová smlouva byla na žádost možná, však za nájemné, které neodpovídá ani stavu bytu, ani lokaci a ani není nijak logicky opodstatněné. Tento přístup považuji za naprosto neprofesionální a s agenturou už nechceme raději nic mít.

Nice spacious apartments, great location and activities. Shop, pub, parking, where to go for a walk .. The view is not much, but what to expect from the housing estate.
We liked it here. A friend lived here for almost 4 years. However, the agency's approach is sad. They wanted a down payment, although we renovated the floors and walls ourselves. The contract is always for a year. However, this time after the expiration of the contract, instead of another contract, or an agreement, we were informed that we should move out within five days. Actually an infringement. We noticed the same procedure from other subtenants. A new contract was possible on request, but for a rent that does not correspond to the condition of the apartment, or the location, and is not logically justified in any way. I consider this approach to be completely unprofessional and we would rather not have anything to do with the agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lzou kradou zalohy a vymysli si polatky nerealni ..... kradou zalohy po nekolika mesicinim lhani a vymlovaji se ze museli renovovat ....pritom byl byt na naklady najemnika zrenovovany komplet a jsou schopni nauctovat vsemozny lzy jen aby nemuseli vracet zalohy !!!! Lzy typu ohrev teple vody 8000 az 1Oooo ...zajimave jak by to bylo mozny kdyz najemnik si plati sam elektriku i plyn ktery jede cez bojler a tym si zahriva teplou vodu a podobne ....Spolehaji na to ze to nikdo soudne nebude resit ani nic podobne .....
Je to firma podvodniku !!!!
They steal deposits and invent unrealistic bills ..... they steal deposits after a few months of lying and they pretend that they had to renovate ... while the tenant's apartment was completely renovated and they are able to rehearse all the lies just so they don't have to return the deposit !! !! Hot water heating systems 8000 to 1Oooo ... interesting how it would be possible if the tenant pays for the electricity and gas that goes through the boiler and thus heats the hot water and the like .... I trust that no one will solve it in court or anything like that .....
It's a fraudster company !!!!
